Firstly I really appreciate your bravery in trying this app :D
I’m a noob developer and this is a new hobby of mine. For the time being I didn’t expect someone else to use the app besides me and a few friends, so here’s what happened:
THE HOPE
With the release 1.1.5 and above, I’ve added the functionality to save the fasting history to the cloud, and avoid some future unpleasant situations (at least in my mind this was the main idea)
THE DISASTER STRIKES
After the update, your progress will RESET, because I don’t know at this moment how to migrate your local fasting history to the cloud without crashing the app… so so embarrassing for me, but it’s the truth :(
THE FRUSTRATING SOLUTION
Step 1: Before hitting the Update button in the App Store, please take a screenshot of your Horizon Statistics view, and drop me an email ( at
[email protected] ) - feel free to use any kind of language, I’m OK with that :)). I’ll make sure that your fasting history is restored ASAP after you’ll re-login, and you can continue using the app, stress free.
Step 2: Delete and ReInstall the app ( the old and dirty way of fixing things )
Step 3: Follow the normal onboarding flow and sign-in using your account of choice (apple or facebook)
