This is one of the better idle games
I say that because I’ve played idle games and while I like them, I encountered lagging, missing virtual currency or items, and setbacks where I could not advance in the game.
This game is honestly not like that. Of all the so called idle games I’ve played, I’ve only played two that worked for me and kept me engaged in the game. This one and another one by codigames called pet rescue empire tycoon. I especially liked the side story in this game about the little boy who contracted some disturbing disease while on a trip with his political mom. Seeing as I’ve finished the game basically in its entirety(no more objectives but I do have to up my icu room), I feel restless and I want more to do. Also I appreciate that this game, while it has ads, it’s not intrusive during gameplay (by that I mean ads don’t pop up while I’m in the middle of doing things) and doesn’t make me feel like I can’t leave the game. Please update the game to add more storylines or extra rooms in the hospital. I play at least several times a day and I want more. Graphics are way better than other idle games as well. Keep up the great work!!!!

Ruined by overly-greedy monetization - $10 isn’t enough to play
I’m really disappointed in the direction Codigames has gone for their last few games. They’ve gotten way too greedy with their monetization. I spend about $10 per game on average. I took the chance on this one and bought no ads. Might as well have not because it’s basically now just a game where I’ve upgraded everything I can and have near infinite game currency (I am always at the vault max), but I’m constantly waiting on hours-long wait timers to do ANYTHING. There’s no strategy other than to log in every 2 hours to make a new build choice, and then wait another two hours, rinse, repeat, endlessly. They want me to spend more dollars on more builders, and no way. I’m sure if I do I’ll just hit another artificial progress-stopping bottleneck. I’ve already spent $10 and they want more from me to just play the game? Sometimes I’ll spend more than my standard $10 on a game but only if I feel like I’m getting “more”, not just so I can continue progressing. This is not my first such experience with a recent Codigame, but it will probably be my last unless they make some major changes to their business model. They’ve gotten greedy and killed this Golden Goose. Very grouchy, disappointed, and filled with regret that I gave them a single cent. It’s sad, too, because years ago I could count on a solidly fun game from y’all. Restaurant Tycoon was a blast. So much wasted potential.

Unadulterated money grabbing
Played this game for a couple days. Has the potential to be a fun idle with the hiring mechanics, different rooms, emergency scenarios, etc. But the game doesn’t let you play it. The next step is always either a very long time away with nothing to do in the meantime, or just pay for it. It still looked fun so I dropped 14-ish dollars on it iirc. Didn’t do anything but launch me into more long boring waits and pay walls. This is what playing this game is. You get money from a patient, you use that money to upgrade something. You make more money. You can’t hold all that money til you upgrade the vault, but your “builders” are still working on upgrading that other room for 30 minutes, sometimes up to hours. So you either pay for the upgrade with real cash or turn your phone off and wait. So let’s wait, we got time, heck it. 30 minutes has gone by and we can now upgrade the vault! While we’re waiting on that let’s just…. Oh never mind, you CANT do anything. Ever. At all. This game is garbage. Even calling it a game at all is a big stretch. Idle games are wait-a-thons but generally you can tweak things, or wait for a big upgrade and then it opens a lot of options for you to have more gameplay. The only thing this opens is more time to wait or pay.

Love this game, but just one minor nitpick
This game is fun don’t get me wrong, but paying $6.99 for more builders and $4.99 for more researchers? I think that’s absolutely ridiculous. You should be able to buy new builders or researchers with the tokens you collect considering you get them all the time. Having players pay that much for more people just to build and research multiple things at once is a waste of money, especially for people who end up getting tired of the game and deleting it. You only get one builder and researcher so it makes the game drag along because most of the rooms/research takes almost up to 8 hours. So basically you go on the game, upgrade the building on your task, maybe research something if needed, and exit the app. Maybe if you charged $1.99 I’d consider it, but $6.99 and $4.99? Absolutely not. I suggest changing this to be able to buy them with tokens if you can instead of actual money.

Great game. Some upgrades don't make sense.
I dropped $10 on a starter pack that was actually a great deal. Was worth the money in regards to the game. The general flow of the game is very good. However, I don't understand why you need a "builder" to upgrade your employees. That has nothing to do with building the physical hospital space. And unless you're willing to consistently drop gems on helpers or fork over more money for more builders.... You will find yourself waiting a considerable amount of time before being able to do anything else. This is the first idle game I've ever played where in-game currency isn't a roadblock, but the actual time it takes to do relatively anything in the game is pretty hefty. I enjoy watching the hospital work but you also can't minimize the build times unless you wait a certain period before you press the button. And even then it only does a slight percentage. I get that it's an idle and the whole point is that you sit there while it idles. But it makes it hard to come back and do anything when all you do is get on for five seconds, start a build upgrade, then wait hours for it to finish.

Great game, slow updates
I’ve spent a good amount of money on the game, I love to play it practically every day. The graphics are great, and there’s not much of a lag. I like the whole idea behind it, I’m just a little disappointed with how slow it progresses. Compared to other idle games that update and add new content regularly, I’ve reached 80% of the 2nd hospital in no time and have nothing exciting to do. I’m progressing quicker in the second hospital than the first but have no access to ICU yet, though it just tells me “soon”. The research tasks are also lagging when it comes to actually completing them (I’ve maxed out all 12 consultations rooms and I’m still waiting for the rewards from the task of building room 8).The support channels are pretty lacking seeing as it could be 72 hours before you hear back from anyone as well, so it’s not like there are quick troubleshooting options available either. I’m worried that this is a game you'll be waiting on updates for because of how quickly you can progress through it.

Love the game so far but…
I really do love this game, Its a good pass time when you don’t really want to think. But like many others i have an issue with the fact that we are only allowed one building and research team. And if we want to get another it costs money. And it’s not even just 1.99 its 6 dollars for a building team and 4 dollars for a research team. It’s really annoying because when I have to upgrade something I can’t due to that limitation. Also the second thing is not really an issue just a bit frustrating and funny at times. When the ambulance timer runs out people week out patients out of the front door. Which to me is odd because it’s like “oh you got in an accident and need medical attention asap? Woops sorry! The timer ran out guess you’re on your own!”

Fun game
I really like the game the only thing I dont like is how they try to get you to spend money, no where near as bad as other games. But you are only given one building team which is okay at first but as the game goes on and it starts taking 6 hours and 8 hours per build it gets annoying especially because you can only build one thing at a time unless you pay 6.99 for 1 additional team and 6.99 for every team after. Also the most money you can store is 4.5 million which seems like a lot until you get towards the end of the game and things cost 30 million.. how will you get the money easy you have to spend real money to increase your storage.. overall the game is fun you can play without being forced to watch ads. Of all the Codigames I personally prefer the prison empire it has more levels and more things to do. The hospital dont advance pass what you see once you unlock everything thats it, no extra floor no other hospital.

Used to be fun... now it always seems broken
The game used to be really fun but the second hospital isn't good at all. So many missing features. Like no dentists for the dentist offices, no emergencies, broken objectives, not getting rewards. And plus, this hospital is bigger but I have the same about of distributors so it's impossible to keep patients happy. I reached out to support multiple times and they always say they will fix it as soon as possible. I've read other reviews and have noticed comments from months ago complaining about the same things. I think i'm gonna go abead and delete this app. The game seems incomplete and I doubt they are planning to fix it. No point in waiting around while it takes up storage on my phone. It was fun for a little while but if they won't improve it, there's no reason to keep playing. If you want a game where you can actually finish it, this is NOT the game for you. All of the error will extremely frustrate you.

It’s good but has some flaws
I like the idea of the game and I think it’s fun to play, however, there are a few big issues. It costs a ridiculous amount of money for a new builder and researcher, 7 and 5 dollars respectively and you can get up to 3 of them! Maybe you can make it so you save up 200 gems or 300 tokens to get a new builder/researcher but the prices are way to high. Also, doctors constantly ask for raises and lose attributes. I think it is supposed to be a cool gameplay mechanic but it is just annoying and not fun. I think it should be out right removed. Plus, the game lies to you about build and research time. I set a four hour build at 12 and come back at 5 and it has 2 hours left! This is total nonsense and outright lying. I also believe that the game should have a upgrade system like hotel tycoon, where you got new items each upgrade. It adds more spice to the game in general.
