The app includes several features- it helps you to record the time and date when you are tempted to eat. It also has a feature that allows you to photograph the temptation.
It encourages you to reflect. It invites you to estimate how many calories you are tempted to consume as well as record your mood and what you are doing at the time.
These factors are then populated into a diary so that you can discuss your eating habits with a health practitioner or personal trainer.
