Needs lots of work
App locks up on page errors with no back button. Ticketmaster links crash. Items in merch has no back button. Could be cool if they had a grub hub section, since they are sponsored by grub hub, that delivered food to your seats. Gave it a 2/5because the calendar is informative and the import to calendars works. Seems they are more interested in tracking your location than actual app functionality.

Too many bugs and not as informative as old app
My account no longer existed. I had to remake the account. App would crash or lock up on login screen. I lost well over 1000 points since I had to remake the account. I love the Havoc but not this app. It is almost better to just look up the live scores online instead of waiting for the app to update. Not a very big simple helix fan considering the lack of attention to their app. I hope it does not reflect their other services. 😐

No extra points
Like the rewards program, but we’ve been to 6 games this year and we never get the extra points. We get 100 for the game but 0 for arriving early and 0 for staying.

Good but missing score notifications!
Love the new app other than no way to check the live score without streaming something. Would love to get notifications at the end of the periods like on the old app please !

Not as good
The other app showed live scores, tweets, etc. This app is kind of confusing with regards to the features. I do like how you can get bonus points for checking in early. And what’s the “view card” button for?

Needs work
Needs to have scores posted. Also, I am sitting on the ice and it says that I am not close enough to the event to check in. Can’t get much closer. Miss the old app.

Great for rewards, but with old app no longer showing standings etc is that going to get added in here at some point??

Not Happy with Havoc App!
This new app is horrible! It will not recognize my old password but will not allow me to make a new password on my iPhone. Then I decided to wipe out the old app on my iPad & reload it with maybe a new 2019-2020 season app. The new app is not compatible with my iPad.
This is really more trouble than it's actually ever worth!
Surely this is not the best the Havoc office/marketing dept can do, is it????
