Saw a friend shared this app on facebook calling it gifs with voices, downloaded it out of curiosity. I have to say that it is rather interesting/refreshing to see gifs being narrated, and I dont think I've seen that before. Most of the contents are short, and l later learned that the app forces videos to be made shorter than 15 seconds. It is crazy to see how funny and creative some people are in less 15 seconds, and I dig it.
