Most fun in years
A friend of mine introduced this game around a year or so go, and I've played every day since. It's incredibly fun and some floors in DT are excruciating challenging, but in the best way possible and keeps me coming back for more.
Everyone likes to make digs on having to pay if you want to expedite your upgrades, and though I might drop the occasional $10 here or there, when it's in the budget to do so, I have always appreciated the satisfaction that comes from just the simple grind of developing that latest hero or team to take you to the top.
Also, the customer service is awesome. I had a snafu some few weeks back, totally my fault, and the guys at HH were awesome about it. Took the time to research and explain what I had done wrong, and I'm sure I gave them a good laugh in the process. Sleep-gaming is not a good thing folks! Love some HH. Keep it coming guys!

Good Idea But Terribly Designed
Typical Pay-To-Win game. I don't deny that I get some fun from this game, but also equivalent frustration. It's an interesting idea to deal damage by moving heroes like playing pool on the table. However, there are like zero balance between different heroes, some are powerful enough to wipe out a team, but some are absolutely useless, regardless how much Power that hero has.
Samely, heroes rely on some equipments in particular way too much while other equipments are not needed at all.
There are also some problems with the game mechanics. For instance, in the section names Ancient Warpath, basically you need to challenge bosses with more difficulties like banning heroes, losing health by time, random rooting and stunning, etcs. Like I said, it's a good idea but poorly designed. In often cases all your four heroes will be rooted, which means you can do nothing but taking damage for multiple rounds. Normally, you have failed to pass this level when this happens. Unless you pay for super powerful heroes, you have to hope this won't happen and win the game by chance, which is very frustrating.

Can play this game on iPhone 7
If most games are too slow or take up space on your iPhone 7. Get this game. Super enjoyable good graphics and will keep you occupied. It’s like most games in the sense that it’s super fun in the beginning and then you have to grind or pay or both. Don’t get discouraged by grinding. Just log in every day for a few seconds and reap rewards. Sometimes they have good promotion deals. I know you don’t want to spend money, but 1 dollar? Instead of buying carbonated drinks, snacks, or pointless subscriptions you can easily obtain 1$. So many people buy gym membership to never use it. Atleast you will use your 1$ through the promotion deals of this game. Highly suggest you atleast give the game a try.

Hyper hero’s stole everything!
I have been playing this game for probably over a year. I have spent money on this game. Enough to be VIP 10. I was level 76. Then the game said I needed to “update”. I did then signed into the game and was back to level 1. All my purchases gone. The stole everything I spent my money on in this game. I definitely would not purchase anything in this game. They will just take it back. Play it but don’t spend any money.
It has been almost a week of having my account erased. I had to reach out to them. If I hadn’t contacted them, my account would’ve been lost forever. But they have finally found my account and restored it with no apologies or any kind of in game gift to attempt to make up or the inconvenience. Every other game I play gives some sort of gift to kinda say sorry for the inconvenience. Most of the time it’s because of a server down time for maintenance. I don’t expect anything for server maintenance as it is part of the game. Hyper heroes erased me from the board and didn’t do anything to recover my account until I reached out to them. Very bad form.

Yes 5 stars. I see people on every single app complaining about pay to win. This is simply what gaming has evolved into especially apps. This game is super fun and simple to play. I’ve been playing for about 3 weeks now. The reward system is super good in this game also. Diamonds is the game $$ currency and I can literally make 1000+ diamonds a day doing daily’s and events. If you want a boost in this game I suggest buying a couple SS heroes and then you will be set. You will just have to grind daily to get souls to upgrade your heroes star rating. But of course you could also pay to get them up. All in all it’s a fun time killer. I recommend it

This game used to be amazing. I have been playing every day for the last year and a half, and now I am slowly realizing that they don’t really care about fixing the game. But hey, at least you can buy a new character every week, right? This is not necessarily a pay to play game, but there is definitely a pay wall. Spend lots of money, and be on top. Don’t spend money, and you can only go so far. As people realize this, and the fact that they don’t fix things, they quit playing the game. With that happen, servers die out, and they don’t combine servers like they should. There is 50ish active players in my server and about 20 of those people play a couple times a week. With not many people playing, there’s not a lot you can do anymore. If they combined the servers and had more free events, this game would easily earn a 5 Star from me.

My favorite game until it wasn’t!
This game had me hooked from the moment I started it. The devs are constantly offering new & different “events”.(which I now have learned are money grabs) The game keeps you busy & interested with pvp, pie & the above mentioned “events”.
Recently this game has started crashing regularly. I cannot log in at anytime & not experience crash after crash. During pvp the crash results in a loss, which is insane being you as a player do NOTHING in pvp but select your squad and hit start. It auto fights for you. I’ll be CRUSHING my opponent, then crash!! I re-enter the game & every time am handed a loss. The same is to be said for any other activity you enter, crash & you lose. I refuse to put a dime into a game as unstable as this, especially since the devs are not interested in even acknowledging the problems, only offering new “events”. I just hope you don’t experience the game as I have, because it has left me deeply disappointed.

Total garbage, bad connection, lame algorithm
I can’t believe how bad this game is, the connection is always super unstable (according to the customer support, it’s my network issue, not theirs, oh joy how useful). When in reality tons of people in the guild are complaining about having connection problems, it’s extremely annoying when you are in the middle of the game.
The promo pack is also so frustrating, after spending hundreds of dollars on this game, I’ve been waiting for this one hero - warlord, and it’s been over a month but he never shows up. And because how overpower and versatile this hero’s skills are, it makes players who don’t own him extremely difficult to compete with the ones who have him. The promo pack is always promoting heroes that I already have and upgrade me to 7 stars (why on earth would I need those????????)
All in all, it’s a garbage game, please don’t fall for the trap.

Poor Interface, Keeps Crashing, Pay to Win.
First off, this game keeps crashing which can cost you energy, losses, chances in PVP, Co-Op, or Guild Quests. Which can cost you in game diamonds to pay out to refresh or continue in some cases. The interface is not designed for iPhone 12 max pro for stuff is blocked by headset piece of the phone. I have an iPad Pro and it looks just fine. The same issues are across the board for iOS. Most issues happen when I make lineup changes for battles, join coop, host coop, devils tower, or guild quests. the game just crashes and I lost In PVP I get all my chances taken away and a cool down placed on me. They need to fix this ASAP at least make it to where if it crashes before a battle and no damage was done it shouldn’t be held against you. Coop you lose you 5 people you picked. Which is convenient for the developer.

Fun at First
My husband, my son, and I all have been playing this game for several months now. It was lots of fun getting characters and leveling them up. We put a good deal of money into the game between the 3 of us to buy SS characters. However, since the game tops out at 16 campaign levels and top level 80 for your team and characters, it’s been boring. You obviously can get through the levels and top out your team/characters easily and quickly especially if you buy characters.
The game focuses more on the arena and guild play than the campaign. The bad thing about the arena play is that it’s auto-play, you don’t even get to decide the actions of your characters. Also, there are a couple of spots in the game that say “coming soon”...that’s been there since we started playing months ago.
Overall the game is fun at first, but if the developers don’t add to this game soon we’ll no longer be playing, there just isn’t a challenge any more. My advice, don’t spend a ton of money and go through the game at a slower pace to get the most out of it.
Oh, also we’ve had no issues with the game crashing on us.
