The developer responded to my comment, but the workaround is still a workaround and the app, which hasn’t been updated in a year, is still not updated.

I would have left 4 stars, but some of the hypno sessions were, how shall I put this? Annoying? Eye-rolling? Over the last few years I have purchased 14 sessions. The first session I purchased, "Overcome Fear of Self-Injection" worked extremely well. A couple of others were just not my cup of tea, but the exchange policy was simple. Several were eye-rolling 🙄 and I can’t bring myself to listen to them again.

Just know, there is quality among the quantity, but finding it is trial and error.

I noted that you said in August that an update was in the works to fix the problem with unwanted "autoplay." There still hasn’t been an update in over a year. Besides the app playing the next session in the queue automatically, the buttons in the player are unresponsive. I communicated with support and was advised to use the app in portrait mode. This worked once. It is very annoying. Is there any way to listen to the "downloads" without the app?

The only thing that has held me back is my negative ball of energy over powering my positive ball of energy.. the thoughts acting on their own accord in the back of my mind have been unchecked for far too long and I have tried everything with minimal success. This Application and developing company has helped me to deteriorate a bite at a time with daily repetition, the negative ball of energy that has held me back for so long. If you want to take back your life and understand yourself deeper than you ever thought possible, this is for you. You can’t be half a gangster, stick to it and the struggle will be well worth it! I have been using hypnosis off and on for the past 30 years and these sessions are the best!
"Sweet Tooth" session, for example, stopped an out of control sugar addiction dead in its tracks. The very first session! My sister and mother did the same one on my recommendation and had the same result!
It would be great if you could listen to multiple sessions back to back without having to wake up. Like when watching some series on Netflix where, when played in order and right after one another, it skips the recap and the opening credits of the next show in line. That would make a great product even better.

I initially found Hypnosis Downloads through a Google search for help with globus hystericus. It helped me greatly and I have ventured through many more topics in the last six months. I think I am addicted (is there a program for that? Haha) and the app makes it so easy. When I buy a new download, it is immediately ready to go on my app. Easy to access and simple to understand. Thank you, Roger and Mark, for sharing your gifted manner and skill, which is so instrumental in enabling your clientele to gain success in their personal areas of growth. And thank you, Rebekah, for always responding to my concerns with efficiency and politeness!

I’ve bitten my nails since I can remember. I’ve tried everything and have succeeded in not biting for a few weeks at a time, but I’ve always gone back to it. I have now not bitten for a month and feel certain that if I backslide, listening again to the hypnosis will get me back on the right track. The narrative is humorous and engaging and after the first listen, I have almost never been tempted to bite. Occasionally I have, but I recall the narrative, and I don’t. I probably do need to listen some more, but I’m working on that.

I downloaded this app thinking it would really help me but when I try to log in with my email that I’ve always used for everything it says “There is no such account”. So I don't know what's happening but don't download this. I would give it a 0 if I could. Because if you can't even log in then the whole thing is useless! 😡Very frustrating!!! I know that other people are giving it 5 stars and whatever but I can’t even get into the game!!! And I DO NOT want a response because from what I’ve seen the responses take a YEAR to get back to the person who wrote. I’m sorry if this is a bit (or very) rude but I just really thought this could help so I’m just a little disappointed and I’m sorry again. I’m just a bit sad ☹️.

I appreciate the addition of the app. It’s easy to access the hypnosis downloads I’m wanting to listen to. Your voices and words are soothing, supportive, encouraging, and comforting. Even if I’ve listened to a particular title many times, listening again I can hear something in a new way or experience a deeper stillness. I first listened seven years ago because of a bad divorce. Now it’s a good (great) divorce. Many thanks!

My review is strictly about this app and not the content. I have been using Hypnosis Downloads (Uncommon Knowledge) for over 3 years and I could not be happier. It is the knowledge I turn to when I struggle with everyday life. Now the app. This app needs major rework. It is good at downloading and playing what you purchased. You cannot create playlist even though the feature exists. For me, when I add the audio files to a playlist, it never adds. I have tried this many times to never work. When you search for a title, the search takes you to the website. That is not user friendly. So, developers if you are reading this, please review and revamp the user experience for this app. Thanks!

I downloaded ‘letting go of shame” - just a week ago. I’ve been riddled with destructive shame since childhood. Tried other journaling and shame awareness - needed a direct hit to combat this fear! It’s powerful! I’m walking taller more in my authentic self, more positive self talk and somatic body tension is releasing. Yay! Thank you such a powerful tool for any personal development toolbox! I downloaded this app many years ago, bought many different hypnosis sessions.
Haven’t used the app in over 10 years, since then, I have had two different smart phones 3 different computers and 4 new emails. I just tried to down load the app on my newer smart phone. When I try to open the app it acts like I have an account and asks for my email and password. Well, since many years ago and no longer using the email I had or remember the address, I can’t open the app, when I try to reset the passwords it says that there is no account. No where to reset anything.
Would love to use the downloads but very primitive log in interface.
I purchased a couple sessions for my Daughter via the internet, she never received the email or downloads and I was charged for them.
I will never attempt again to use Hypnosis downloads.
I’m out of $26. the use of their web site is not up to date with the evolution of technology.
