ChillDaddyo,
Simplistic Beauty and Usability
I’ve been using i-Qi for years, and have found that it’s one of the most flexible meditation timers on the store. I’ve found no other app that allows up to 24 hours of use; I set it all day long at times to remind me to breathe. The breadth of chimes and bowls, and clarity of sound is also rich and immersive. The alarm clock, and it’s golden timer option, permits a gentle and stirring opportunity to start the day without the jarring and sudden chimes of typical alarms. An intersection of simplicity, beauty, and usability. Thank you.
spicbuddha,
All you need
You don’t need fancy features, or ridiculous In app purchases or subscriptions. You need to simply set the time and that what this app does. Nice selection of sounds, and I love that you can set many different lengths of meditation time, perfect if you find you don’t have as much time to meditate as you would like. Nice looking interface. LOVE that it is a simple inexpensive one time purchase. Recommended.
RavenMA,
Wonderful sounds, but not of use as a wake-up alarm
I bought this app to replace my Zen alarm clock, which stopped working after a power outage. The app is easy to use, and I absolutely love the choices of sounds. It’s just what I wanted! However, there’s a fatal flaw for me: It won’t play the tones when the phone is plugged in. (After I get woken but by my backup alarm and unplug my phone, the tone immediately starts sounding.) So if you are one of the many people who leave your phone plugged in to recharge while you sleep, and also wish to use the phone as an alarm clock, this app isn’t going to work for you. V. disappointing, and a waste of my money.
Mark S. Tucker, Folk and Acoustic Music Exchange (FAME),
Like so many iOS 11 updates, such a downgrade.
I would’ve given this five stars before the iOS 11 update. The new interface is ugly as hell and my list of chimes is virtually impossible to see. The old interface was so pleasing to look at with the parchment and the nice old style list of saved chimes on black where you could see exactly how many minutes and which bells. I’m completely mystified why developers can’t just leave a good thing alone and make it work with the new iOS at the back end as opposed to giving everything the ugly “latest“ Helvetica look.
Skunk Whisperer,
Simple, Easy to Use
I wanted a meditation timer that had a bell at the beginning and at the end and this allows me to set up both. I simply set the beginning bell for 5 seconds and set up the repeat bell for whatever duration I want, plus five seconds. Love the bell choices, and I love the wake-up chimes - nice start to the day. I don’t want music or guidance, I simply want to sit and meditate quietly. This app is perfect for me! Five Stars!!!

Good alternative to insight timer
I have been using insight timer for years, but in last year or so they have really cluttered up the app and it takes a long time to load and get to the timer.

This cost 1.99, is simple yet incredibly flexible and has great acoustics.

Love it so far
SingYogi,
Easy with variety
I've used this app for several years and have really enjoyed it. I like having the different and realistic bowl sounds and the ability to have a start and an end bell. I use it every day for meditation, for timing sequences in yoga and for keeping me focused and mindful with study time. Thanks for a great app.
TeachOnlyLove,
Wow! Hooked my iPhone up to speakers—incredibly beautiful true-to- life sound💖
I was about to spend a couple hundred $ on a Zen alarm clock when I read about this app. To my ear sound quality when played through my speakers is 95% authentic! 🙏Send my gratitude to its seller, alphadock technologies GmbH🌷
Cultivating Light,
Favorite daily apps
The clock paired with the I-Qi timer (please update to the new iOS!) are my favorite apps, my favorite reason for having a smart phone! I use it every day to wake up, and for my yoga and meditation practice. It has directly enhanced my daily home practice. Thank you!
Rifkind99,
Wonderful
I use this for timing my meditation sits. I’ve used it for years, and love that I can set up different timers with different bells.

I was sorry to see the change in the interface. I really dislike the red 😕. Luckily I meditate with my eyes closed so it doesn’t matter!
