An invaluable resource
Iain has really outdone himself with this app. Thousands of videos all in one place. The menus are well organized, you can easily find content relating to whatever kata or training approach you are looking for. I could not recommend more highly.

Superb content
This app has amazing content for anyone looking at the practical application of a kata.If you only ever seen them at stupid dances in a weird looking pajamas, then this is something that you really need to take a look at. If you love kata, this is definitely the app for you. If you want to learn more about karate’s application in real self-defense, this is an app for you. Iain’s insight is nothing short of profound. Being able to see new content so often has expanded my horizons as a student and teacher.

An invaluable tool for any martial artist
I learned of Mr. Abernethy through his YouTube channel and was impressed with not only his expertise and erudition but his ability to communicate the material in an enjoyable manner.
