I've added a small widget.
- It shows the time of your last meal.
- What colour your meal will be if you eat right now.
- What time you can eat so your intestines are fully cleansed.
As always please backup you data or export the JSON file from the settings before updating. Your data is only on your device so please take care to backup regularly.

BEFORE UPDATING: Please go to settings and export your data as JSON to create a backup just in case something goes wrong. It does not hurt to do this periodically. Your data is only in your app for privacy reasons so you must take care to do backups yourself.

- Now available in German!
- Days that don't have any symptoms will get a meta record of "I feel good" in the morning. This more closely reflects the mood of the day if no other symptoms are listed.
- Export your data in CSV format
So far really helpful, the only thing is that I cant log two things at the same time. For example my food, medicine and mood have to be 5 min apart and I cant log them together.

Lost data
I was using this app religiously and then yesterday the app wouldn’t open. I turned my phone off and on and the app still won’t work. So all that data for my doctor is gone. Fun
