In my opinion the cranes are way easier than other crane’s like Toreba or Tokyo Catch. I won a bicute bunny Miku figure on my first try with one free ticket- but that’s the problem. If you win anything with the free tickets that you receive daily, you can’t have it delivered unless you have $15 worth of coins purchased beforehand. That’s an absolute scam in my opinion, since it doesn’t say anything about that until you win a price and want it delivered.. I’m sure people are gonna be like, “$15 for a figure?? Just do it”, but there’s also a shipping fee, and with Covid I’m sure you won’t receive your prize until half a year later. So imo, its easy and fun with great prizes, but not worth it since you’re basically gonna pay for the price at delivery checkout anyways..

I had been playing this app beginning March 2023. For the price and the fact that the vast majority of the games are actually winnable unlike other apps, I was extremely happy. Playing was much more satisfying. Paying for the shipping was no issue, and I was okay with waiting for slow shipments overseas. I had to send emails to prompt the prizes to be processed, but they were immediately addressed.
Then, my first package of items was lost. Although I made many separate requests, they were sent as a single package of 28 prizes. This was not problematic - until my package was lost in transit. I called my postal services and was informed that the sender has to make a claim to recover anything. Despite sending multiple emails to request help and providing alternate emails to reach out to me, my request for assistance went unanswered in any way shape or form.
I am now out literally hundreds of dollars because of this, and I am too nervous to continue playing.
Other packages that were sent after the first have arrived, and I was pleased to receive those items. It is not a scam app, but any loss in transit is shouldered by the user entirely.

Its fun! The cranes are of better quality than toreba and Tokyo Catch! Also more cost efficient in the long run to play. The shipping charge I now understand being they ship prizes by AIR! Yes while most companies in this business take 8 plus weeks to receive prizes these guys take just over 2 weeks on average after shipment! They are a lot of fun and addicting, the prizes are of awesome quality also! People fail to realize that these places are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They have staff to pay to run these places, maintenance to keep the machines in working order, cost of prizes too.. even power to these places. Nothing is free. Please stop harping about the costs when i know toreba is much more and more difficult as far as crane strength etc.

I haven’t paid for any of the claw machine or “arcade” apps yet. I have won prizes on multiple but only one - (claw master) has shipped (and man it came in less than a week) but they offer no free play other than a game that you can win 20 coins on and it costs I think 50+ to play. I catch at least keeps me entertained for a little every day with the 3 free tries and opportunities with offerwall to earn more free plays. Honestly most of the prizes aren’t anything I care much to get anyway so entertainment value is more important to me.

Games are fun and fairly easy to win if you understand the strategy behind them. Also, the prizes are great. However, manage your expectations if you live anywhere but Japan. The time it takes to get your items takes a very very long time, I won items a month ago and they still are in a 'packing' status. So hopefully you don't need that Cinnamoroll plushie or Spy x Family figure for anything important...

Good app, the give you lots of tickets, but some of the setups are unnecessarily difficult, even for a claw game.

Games are challenging, but still easier to win than Toreba. I managed to snag a few items in a few plays, so I'm very happy!

The people complaining here, from what I've read, are really impatient (Covid has drastically affected shipping, guys) and don't seem to know how to play Japanese crane games. They're not the typical American ones where you can move it around and adjust your play. You usually only get 2 tries (going left/right and then up). So if you mess up, your entire play gets ruined, unfortunately.

My only suggestion is to make the shipping costs more reasonable. I don't want to pay $$ for each prize. Besides that, it's a fun app!

I started playing this app when I got tired of Toreba. They don’t have as many cranes as Toreba but I liked that they had really expensive prizes for play; however, points are hard to come by and are expensive.

I requested my prizes to be shipped (to USA) over 3 months ago but the last shipping update was that it left JapanPost. I understand that shipping is significantly delayed due to COVID-19; however, I requested my prizes from Toreba to be shipped around the same time and came within 3 weeks. Also, there is a fee PER PRIZE for shipping, not by weight, size, etc. So expensive!!

I had never seen something like this before but was curious to try it. It is fun and addictive! I was also worried that my prizes would take a long time to be delivered because I am American and I had waited a long time for delivery of products from other Asian companies. I was surprised to get my iCatchOnline products in a short time! They are great quality too! My only issue is that the cranes look flimsy and made partially of soft plastic versus the cranes in the crane games I have seen in arcades where the crane is made totally of metal. I will continue to play this!
