Kicking me out
The app will not stay open for me to scan. Each time I open it it kicks me out!

Can’t even login in, downloaded repeatedly only for it to just continue to crash and say internet can not be detected. What was wrong with the previous app? Atleast it worked and don’t have to manually load tickets, or go to website on browser to check numbers, stats, winners, or promos. Very disappointed and for reaching the highest tier that’s available I don’t feel like Idaho lottery is rewarding users in the manner in which they claim they do. Locality doesn’t seem to be the strong point for it’s players. Feel cheated. Hopefully with all the funds being earned for Idaho they could manage a web page more efficiently 🧐

This app was a lifesaver and so great to have, sadly the update has made it impossible to use. 🥲 I click on it, it starts to open, then closes. I can’t use it at all. I hope this will be fixed soon!

Redesign is horrible
The new UI is horrible. Bad layout, hard to read, on screen items overlapping and blocking each other. Total junk. The ticket scanner functionality is horrible. The old design showed you the ticket number so you knew it was scanning correctly, and the new one just pops up winner/loser over and over again.

Terrible App
This app is terrible! You go to open the app and it shuts right down. Went and read the reviews and they all say the same thing? Why is that? I have deleted the app and re downloaded several times and it fixed nothing!

Won’t stay open
I click on the app, when I go to access the camera it will shut down. Yes I have removed the app several times now and the problem has not corrected itself.

Password
I tried over and over and over to set a password to start an account but it’s impossible to get the passwords to match or fulfill all the number, symbol, capitalization and length. Impossible. I deleted the app in frustration.

Upgrade is a downgrade!
App is not working correctly since upgrade to new visual appearance. Cannot log in to account and add VIP points. App freezes when you try to log in. Horrible! Support has not Ben helpful keep saying try again later.

New update
The new update is horrible! Freezes, won’t scan ticket and is hard to navigate the app. It actually scanned my dog and said “sorry, not a winner”. Uh.. yeh, my dog is a winner!
