Literally Jaw Dropping
I am a pre-service teacher preparing to student teach after the holidays. I had found a few other apps that I was interested in using to keep myself organized, but they all left me wanting a bit more out of them. Then I found this app. I bought it on the spot once I saw just how many features it has (devs - you could probably charge more for this and no one would fault you). The number of things you can do with this app are staggering; when I found the rubric feature I seriously just stared at my iPad with my mouth hanging open for a few seconds. Seriously, if you are a teacher who’s attached at the hip to your tablet, this app is well-worth the money - and I say that after simply looking at all that is available after I installed it. There is definitely going to be a learning curve figuring out how to do everything, but that’s better than not being able to do everything that you want to do. My only ‘gripe’ would be that this NEEDS a desktop companion for ease-of-access and the ability to go between a school-issued laptop and a personal iPad. That said, the devs’ commitment to privacy and data security is greatly appreciated.

FANTASTIC APP!
This is the iPad app I have been waiting for!
I am a middle school band director and this is the first gradebook app I have found that meets ALL my needs.
The seating chart options are wonderful (love the option to add your own background).
There are literally thousands of customization options for column and grade types in the grade book view, along with lots of color choices, icons, and student fields.
I can email parents directly from the app, video tape my band for future reference, have a student record their playing test, and import/export just about any data I want.
When I had a question for the developer, he literally got back to me with a valuable and detailed response within 30 minutes!
Love it and looking forward to the next update!
Some ideas:
- Give us the option to add our own icons to the list (ie: so I can have little pictures of flutes/clarinets/etc... as an additional choice)
- add some sort of functionality for an iPhone app (not easy, I know, but maybe at least an app that can connect to the iPad version for attendance on the go . . . . Don't know if that would be possible, just an idea)
- as a connected option, have a way to sync with another teacher (two band directors could share the same classes and both update the sections they work with, and seeing each-other's changes at the same time. Again, not sure how this would work, but just a thought)
I am recommending this to all the teachers in my district.

Healthcare Workbook
I’m not a Teacher, but I do manage a large group of Healthcare facilities. In my role I need to track clinical outcomes for specific metrics, survey readiness, policy and procedure update completion and the completion of other company wide and regional initiatives. This app is extremely useful, and with it being completely customizable, I’m really able to Taylor it to my specific needs. I love the fact that I’m able to sync my outlook calendar, however I’ve noticed that not everything rolls over.
With all that said, I only gave it four stars because of the aforementioned email issue and because the grade styles aren’t easily explained. Additionally, I wish there was a way to copy things to the tabs within each class, but without the student names rolling over. I also wish there were a way to type a numerical value without that value automatically hitting the overall grade.
I can’t complain much, though….primarily because I know I’m using this app for something well outside of it’s intended design and planned use! I would certainly recommend this to Teachers and other professionals who manage multiple things or locations like I do…

I can't do my work effectively or efficiently without iDoceo!
I have been use this app for years now and it drastically changed my music classes and the ways I can document progress. The fact that I can set up 30+ classes, place them on a custom schedule automatically in the calendar and document individual student progress is worth pure gold to me!
Seating charts, accommodations, hints for specific students, behavior, progress by categories is so much easier this way! Very music teacher I show, goes out purchases an iPad and the app! Their comments are similar, "Where has this been all may life?" Which was also my response when someone showed it to me for the first time. If you teach any subject, this is a need, not simply a want. If you teach multiple classes each day or teach elementary art, music, PE, etc., it is more than a necessity! It is a time saver in its efficient use of time. I was simply able to airdrop all of our classes into other teachers' iPads and we didn't even have to duplicate efforts!

Customizable and Very User-Friendly
I'm a college professor and this app meets my needs and then some. I use the "diary" aspect to jot down concepts and key ideas I want to explore in each class and the grade book and attendance for quick daily writings and attendance. I love how I can integrate images and handouts by placing them in either the pin board or summary, which allows me to smoothly go from one screen to another as I lecture or facilitate workshops and group work. I put each class's syllabus in their respective classes, which, in turn, lets me go back to the syllabus for quick check ins. I can also see student attendance at a glance and, if necessary, email individual students or the entire class directly from the app. And, if necessary, I can email students handouts that are attached to a day's lesson plan! Frankly, I honestly feel I'm just scratching the surface of what this app can do. iDoceo is helping me go paperless even more--which, with my being an English professor, can be almost a miraculous feat.

iDoceo is amazing!
I searched for so many different teacher planner apps....none of them can even hold a candle to this one. I read all the reviews, visited the website, but kept wondering (being the fragile teacher that I am), should I really spend the money? Then, one of the reviews I read said "just buy it!" So, I broke down and bought it. School hasn't even started yet, and I keep getting on and watching the videos and getting excited to try everything out. It's unbelievable! In fact, it's so amazing, I even bought the 3-pack classroom badge maker, random picker (even though there's a random picker in iDoceo) and Teammates that I plan to incorporate, too. I teach foreign language and plan to use the two wheels on the random picker to practice conjugation...one wheel for pronouns and one wheel for verbs to conjugate. So, just buy it -- you'll be amazed!!!

Beautiful app!!
As an elementary music teacher at a school with 1000 students, I can keep track of everyone with a couple taps on the iPad. My partner teacher and I started using it last spring because we were desperate for something that would allow 44 students per class, multiple graded and non-graded columns and all kinds of other options. We can grade, keep track of turns in games or instruments and keep seating charts for different activities. It's a lifesaver for busy teachers with hundreds of students and many irons in the fire.
I led a workshop on how your iPad can help you in class today and the teachers LOVED it.
****Note---still using it and the app and the creator, Bert have never left me hanging in the middle of a grading period. This year, my class load went from 24 last year to 36 this year and there is still plenty of room in iDoceo. It's fabulous! I LOVE it!!

Awesome App!
I am an elementary music teacher with 500 students. This app does everything I need. My paper gradebook is gone! IDoceo was easy to set up and continues to be easy to use.
My favorite feature is the ability to attach a column in the gradebook with the seating chart. All I have to do is tap on a student picture and enter the grade. It doesn't matter how I move the seating chart pictures around, the grades all end up in the gradebook in the right place in ABC order. It is now so much easier to record scores for performance assessments.
This app does so much and has so many possibilities. The support is great from the developers. Forums are available to ask and find answers to questions. My questions have always been answered very quickly. Great app all around.

Outstanding app. A must for teachers with iPads & Google Classroom!
This app is almost overwhelming with the number of options that a teacher can adjust. Planner is superb. Customizable school schedule (we have a 6 day rotation) and can be linked to your google calendar. This is phenomenal if you use Google classroom. The rubric grading option in the GradeBook is super and has the ability to share your rubrics with other users. You can also make comments for students within the gradebook. You can choose skills to track within your classes. There is lots more that I could say about the app. Another big plus is very responsive support and they are constantly adding useful features. I used to use GradeBook Pro and this is far more useful. Worth the money!

Not Just For Teachers
I really love this app so far. I am not a teacher, but this app is really nice for organizing your to do and daily lists. I really like the ability to graph things. It took a while for me to learn to use it, but I am learning more about how to use this every day. I used to use a teacher attendance book for my daily lists and such but it never seemed to work for me and I would only use it a few days, but this has so many other things it can do, I’m sure I will enjoy this app for a long time. I really appreciate that this app is affordable and that it is not on
