DO NOT BUY. DOES NOT WORK
this app does not work with the current version of iOS. The app starts off and then hangs within five seconds. Totally unusable.

Can't believe Apple let this one slip by
I can't believe Apple let this one slip past past App Store screeners! It DOES NOT work! (If creates its own wifi hotspot for connecting)... HELLO, why would someone need an app for that? DO NO waste your $$!!

Without any help from the originator of this app, I can only conclude that it is useless. But it sure is a crummy way to cheat somebody out of 99 cents.
