Surprised by how effective it is
I've tried many apps that focus on improving my life. Be it losing weight, getting more athletic, drinking more water, falling asleep better, meditating ... nothing really captivated me or impressed me so much for long that I persevered or something got around. Most of the time I broke off beforehand, realized that I wasn't sticking to it or simply didn't notice any change.
Immuric is amazingly different. It surprised myself how good I find the app and the approach to the specific problems. You learn a lot of background information, learn to understand why exactly the goals are structured like this and keep yourself happy by reaching the rituals in small steps! Successes are internalized much faster because you start with very easy, very small steps. I'm absolutely thrilled and even if I only started a few weeks ago, I'm already noticing a really positive change. I've never chatted to drink enough or to be consciously grateful for the little things during the day and now it works almost automatically!
