Great Product
This a great product and has been an incredibly useful tool. What I would like to see in a future update would be a multi delete functionality. I accumulate 40+ spins in a week, and deleting each individual is very time consuming.

Most tangible benefit from any vendor we use
Spincar has greatly improved the time to get new inventory online, lowering time to sale. Simple to use so we are less reliant on our photographers' schedule. Nice having one less dependency in the process. On top of that, we are seeing substantial increases in engagement and time on site leading to more conversions. Only reason I'm hesitant to offer praise is I don't want my competition to find out!

App crashes
I’m the latest update and the latest software on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the App crashes every time I’m trying to upload my photos. I reached out to the support team and all that they can say is delete and reinstall the App. I try doing that multiple times and STILL the App crashes. Very bad support team and don’t take this problem seriously.

Latest update crashes often when uploading and when it crashes it shows photos as uploaded even though they don’t appear on the site.

Poorest quality app.
This is sad the bugs in the app are everywhere in every function. Can we get back to spincar? Ever since impel took over the app quality has gone down down down down! It literally melted parts of my iPhone 13 from the app running it so hot. Apple said they were planning on removing the app unless it improved. Please remove this app or fix it

Please put a grid option for photos and video. Also, the VIN reader is very inconsistent. Sometimes it picks up the VIN immediately and other times it takes a long time and several resets to register.

Best app for this a dealership
My company recently cancelled and decided to go with another company. HUGE mistake!! I couldn’t switch back to SpinCar quick enough! Our reps are amazing!! Tyler takes great care of everything.

As of last nights iOS 14 update, the camera connects (Ricoh) but will not save the capture.
