InDigestion is an easy to use iOS app to generate in-silico digestions of proteins that are downloaded from the UniProt database. Based on user defined conditions, InDigestion will calculate a list of peptides, including their isotopic profile and fragmentation. Additionally, the app provides detailed information on each protein, including the complete sequence with features, a hydropathy plot, references, notes and more.

* Redesigned the update process. A "pull-to-refresh" will now only check if updates are available in the UniProt database, and a badge on the Proteins icon in the bottom left corner of the screen will inform the user. To update the outdated information, tap and hold the Proteins icon. If turned on in the settings, the app will also occasionally check for updates in the background and notify the user if updates are available.
* Fixed a bug that prevented some URLs to be displayed in the Notes. This can only be corrected by re-downloading the proteins from the UniProt database. These proteins will be available to update on the first startup after installing this version.
