I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m really impressed (Galaxy on Fire 2) or sorely disappointed (GOF 3), and I’m happy to say this one is the former!
It’s a puzzle game, and it’s exactly what it promises to be. It’s somewhat minimalistic with no bells and whistles, but it’s still very nicely done and feels like a solid app.
It’s not hard to solve, but it is enjoyable. Essentially, a picture is broken into a bunch of spinnable pieces. You rotate them until the picture is complete with no loose ends. Simple as that. Some puzzles have 20 pieces. Some have 50. It goes back and forth rather than getting progressively harder.
The music is enjoyable. Repetitive, meditative, but not annoying. I have no idea how long the game is, but I’m currently on puzzle 112. The game is easy to pick up and put down at a moment’s notice. One final feature that is so rare for games today - it does NOT drain the battery!
I got this game when it was free, but find it to be well worth the $1 price tag for the enjoyment I’ve gotten out of it. If you’re in doubt, hopefully this review will encourage you to give it a try!
