Doesn't tell you how much you've lost
I have been using this scale for about 5 weeks now.
Occasionally I have issues with the Bluetooth but I just turn off my Bluetooth, close the app, turn on my Bluetooth, and reopen the app and that usually solves the issue. Annoying but not a huge deal to me.
The one thing that I don't like at all about this app (so much so that I rated it 2 stars) is that the app tells you your goal weight and how much weight you need to lose to get to your goal weight but it doesn't tell you anywhere the amount you have lost in total so far. You have to go into your trends and look at the weights and then do the math. This truly bugs me. It is motivating to see how much weight I've lost at a glance.
If there is ever an update to the app and this is added, I will edit my review and rate 5 stars.

Syncs seamlessly with Apple Health & Lose It! Apps
Innotech has created an excellent app to go with their scale. Using the Apple Health and Lose It! apps, I have lost 12 pounds in 4 months. The Innotech app syncs seamlessly with those apps, making it super easy to track weight, fat (body and visceral), BMI and other data, which helps keep me on track and away from the chocolate chip cookies.
The app has an attractive and intuitive layout, and the bluetooth scale is very nice too.
On the rare occasions I contacted Customer Support, they responded quickly, communicated clearly, and solved the problem. I am really pleased with this company.

What’s up with all the negative reviews?
I got the scale at a discount at my local store, downloaded the app and it paired instantly after I made my account.
I set a goal weight, and I check my weight every day. I see my progress and it give me info on my bmi, protein, muscle, water, and a lot of other stuff. Very informative.
I feel like people are expecting a lot more of it when in reality it’s just a scale that connects to your phone. Works 100% fine with me.

Fix the app
I weighed myself this morning like I always do then I went to my trends like I always do. It was completely blank. No 7 days no 4 week no 12 months all my progress lost. So I got to history, no history. Well I thought that’s odd so I go to the setting to investigate and I discover it has me under as female with no height and no weight. Luckily I have an account so I simply deleted the app then re-downloaded it. Simple fix right? WRONG. I keep getting an error. Now I can not login. All the progress I’ve made is gone. Unacceptable. Fix the app and I’ll change the rating.

Product stopped working and app don’t work
Product and app don’t sync together . YES initially upon purchasing a couple years back now all my progress trends gone. No help from developers no updates on software 😳just deer in headlights nothing . Gives you a weight and say step on scale and try again FOR WHAT ????
A piece of garbage save your money get a regular scale. No sense in measuring your water protein bone mass etc OMG just another gimmick to take your hard earn money and mine because I gifted one also what an embarrassment.

Doesn’t connect anymore
This app works badly now, it is always saying to turn on my Bluetooth, my Bluetooth is on, and it doesn’t let my app upload any data when it has in the past.
The scale is very nice, but it often has issues uploading all my levels and you can’t delete the glitch weigh in, so there’s a dip in the graph where it just decided to not record any data…
It’s annoying for sure, but the app is free, t think it needs an update or something

Can’t even create an account
I was going to order an Innotech scale but decided to download the app first just to be safe. I am not even able to create a new account in the app without getting an error message (iPhone-8 running 12.3.1). From the other reviews, it sounds like a lot of others are having the same issue. Doesn’t give me much faith if they can’t even fix their app. Glad I didn’t order the scale first! I’ll check out some other brands I think...

Hrmmm works just fine for me
I have never had any problems with mine...works like a charm. Sounds like app growing pains or user error to me. I love it...best random accidental purchase I’ve made in a while. The company is a little hard to get in touch with but I don’t blame them...I wouldn’t want to talk to customers either. Good product.

Difficult to easily see progress
I would like to be able to see immediately how much weight change since last time I weighed, or maybe since a week.
It’s burdensome to have to wade through the app and then click a thousand times to compare with a week or year ago.
I gave 4 stars because of how easily it sends the data to my phone, and also how it keeps my husbands data separate right in my same account.
If the “easy” weight comparison is fixed, I will definitely give it 5 stars!

Love this scale it’s so accurate as far as the weight goes! The update is better now because the trends aren’t rounded up in numbers anymore
for example: if I weighed in at 166.7 it used to round to 167 but now it will display the measurement as is.
