Description

If you take Warfarin or Coumadin, INR log can help you to keep track of your treatment.

It is easy to use and allows you to record all your INR results and your treatment prescribed by your doctor. Each day it will show you your warfarin dose and sends you an alert when your treatment is due. It will also remind you when to take your next INR test to help you achieve the best possible control.

It is very flexible and allows you to enter your own treatment range and select up to 3 different size tablets. You can record your dose as a daily dose or weekly dose and change the dose very easily based on your doctor's advice.

Your INR results are displayed graphically and in a table and you can add earlier INR results so you can see a complete record over time.

You can keep track of how well your treatment is going by following your time within the therapeutic range. This is a good measure of anticoagulant control and ideally should be above 60%. You can also keep track of your drug adherence if you record your treatment every day.

INR log is ideal for anybody taking warfarin, whether you are self-testing using a near patient testing device or if you are managed through an anticoagulant clinic or hospital laboratory.

INR log has been developed by a Consultant Haematologist with more than 25yrs of experience managing people on warfarin. It has been designed to be easy to use providing you with the important information you need to achieve safe control.

Please note:

INR log does not provide any medical advice about warfarin treatment. INR log is designed to be used only in conjunction with support from your healthcare professionals. It is designed as a convenient means of recording your treatment. If you have questions regarding your treatment you should consult your doctor supervising your treatment.

Peader70,
Wish it was more like “My INR” app
I know there are not a lot of Apple apps for tracking your INR. I have updated my iPhone and no longer have access to “My INR” app. This app was very easy to use, had reminders for daily dosages, appointment reminders and a way to export/email your data. I do appreciate your app but would really like it if had the features and functionality of my old INR app, “My INR”.
valve guy,
Good app but could use a little improvement
This is a good app but it could use a feature that users can edit the daily dose if needed sometimes our doses must change to compensate and also if we could add older testing results and back date them that would be awesome sometimes users can forget to record them till the next day I’ve done it a time or two
Hillbilly swifts,
For the next iOS update PLEASE ♥️
FIRST:

WOW♥️♥️♥️🙏🏼♥️♥️♥️

This is SO helpful!! I’ve been on blood thinners for 16 +yrs and this is one of the main pieces of the puzzle that doctors REALLY NEED FROM PATIENTS!!!

If Possible 🙏🏼
Please add a place where we can add comments and/or a rating, i,e.

“I have felt since last test day”
Rating Scale1-5
1=poor 5=excellent
Something like a rating scale for the common reasons INR becomes out of range, i,e.
Stress
Sickness
Eating vitamin K
Activity Level

Then another for
Symptoms:

Swelling
GI issues
Headaches
Dizziness
Sleeping

Or just a place where we can add a comment for each test result.

Hopefully y’all can add this on the next update!!!
My doc is going to freak when I hand her a copy of these results!🎉♥️♥️🎉

Many Thanks,
LSwift

PA Schmitts,
No way to export results
I've been using this app for six months and have just discovered there is no way to actually export your results. When you use the "Print or email results" resource, it generates a PDF With only 10 results per page. I need a CSV file that can be imported by my Doctor.
Then you can't print or save the PDF, you can only email it. After you enter the information on where to send the email, there's NO button to actually send the email. Don't bother trying to email support, there's no send button there either!
DO NOT USE THIS APP unless you plan to manually retype all your readings.
IsukiKane,
Changes needed in meds
We need to be able to add med doses individually. For example I take 5, 5, 5, 2.5, 5 etc. and you need to add warfarin not just Coumadin. Yes same med but they look differently. The medicine issue makes this not work for me. Also we need it more clear where to enter into the older results. If these issues are addressed this would be the perfect app.
sukabllll,
Good - but could be improved
Good overall, but it would be helpful if you could change the dosage you take when your doctor adjusts your dosage
Laizure,
Needs Work
I wanted to like this app. I’m 31 and in Warfarin for life. The issue I have is the lack of flexibility and control. My INR tests are every 3-4 days and my doses vary a lot. Particularly because I’m just starting out.

It would be more helpful if we could select the dates for both the INR test as well as select what dose on what day instead of using the sliding button which changes all of the days.
molliemae4219,
Inr apt logs and graphs results of bloods teat for those taking Warfarin(a blood thinner).
Excellent I used it and told it to the dr. To see if I were in range. When clotting was too high or too low let the user know.
Tmfelten,
Dosage/Medicine
I take Jantoven and that is not one of the medicines listed. I take 3.75mg/6 times a week and 5mg/1 day a week. There is no way to put this kind of dosage in. You really need to update this app as it won't help much people. We need to be able to put in our dosages for each day of the week.
gayle.gammage,
Very useful
This is really helpful for keeping up with my INR levels.
