Good app with great potential.
The video editing features are really good. Great even. User friendly and easy to navigate. Would like to see more features for animating photos. The app has a features that automatically animates tiny planet photos but then limits you to only sharing them within the app “community”. Why not a feature to download it to your camera roll. Also the app for PanoClip has more robust tiny planet animations but not the Insta 360 One app. Why not incorporate these features into the app for your premium product?

Functions well, but advertising?
Considering this is the main app for a paid product, i dont expect to have to wait for ads every time it cold starts.
Also, i have two device and the forced editing tutorial was painful to go through the first time. Excruciating the second. Please have an option to skip.

Flawed App - Doesn’t show all of my photos
The App will display photos taken in 2018 but none of the ones that I’ve taken in 2019. I know that they are on the memory card because I can read them on MacOS using the Insta360 Viewer and Studio Apps. However, those Apps can’t share the photos. The site that they used was closed down last year.
So, the only way that I can share my new |photos is to send them to people and ask them to install the insta360 proprietary App. Hardly friendly!

Preview does not reflect settings in manual
I’m using an iPhone 7 with the Insta360 One. If you set the camera into manual mode, when you switch the ISO to your desired settings the preview will update to reflect this change. If you then set the shutter, the preview does not change. Also changing the ev level, the preview does not change. It is a bit frustrating since now you have to do a bunch of test shots to figure out exposure. Other competitor software/hardware does not have this issue.

New version can’t connect, no way out of logging in.
What the heck happened to this app? No way to connect to the Insta360 One (just checks the checkmark when connecting via Bluetooth, but nothing happens. [EDIT: Nope, just not compatible with iOS “dark mode” that’s been out for many months now. In dark mode, the “Confirm” button is invisible since it’s black on black. Poor programming!]
Also, no way to cancel “login” screens. Buggy as hell and getting worse!

Cannot sign in
I’m being told I need to sign in via Facebook but when I’m directed after FB login, FB tells me the app is still in development mode and I need to ask the provider for beta permission. Also, if I want to create a new account I need the serial number which it doesn’t automatically pull up. It sends me to a page in mostly Chinese even though it’s marked as USA. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Buggy
I want to like this app and be more apart of the social aspects it has, but it is quite buggy. Facebook login does not even work at all. App can crash while editing. Finally it does not export in 4K like if you were to do it on the computer through the studios software.

Doesn’t work properly in iPhone’s dark mode
I spent hours trying to pair my camera last night. It wasn’t until I figured out that my iPhone on dark mode was hiding many functions on the app. Please fix that. Thanks.

Requesting the ability to zoom in on free capture and the ability to set the video to shoot at custom intervals like 1,2,3,5,7 minutes. because downloading 15 minute long videos is a hassle.

Last photo taken not organized
It’s such a hassle whenever I took a photo and tried to look for the last photo taken I have to shuffle thru all my photos. So frustrating. It’s such a simple thing for any photo/video app and yet you guys missed the most important feature. Organize it so it’s last photo taken or newest photo taken.
