Glitch Needs Fixing- Beauty Feature
Have loved this app for years. Has really made a difference in my photos and confidence in taking pictures. I always hated pictures of myself but with the minor tweaks I was able to make with this, I didn’t fear the pictures anymore. However, about a year ago I started experiencing a glitch in the app that makes me no longer able to use it. I’m writing this review in hopes the publisher sees this and makes the required changes. I doubt I’m the only one experiencing this. I open the app and choose the option for ‘beauty’, it opens my camera roll for me to select a picture. When I make my selection, it acts as if it’s loading the image and then it closes out the app altogether. This is very frustrating. It still allows me to work with the ’makeup’ option but I really would love full access again! This is a wonderful app when it functions properly. Please help !

App crashes too much
Essentially what the title says, the app crashes almost every single time that I try and do anything in it. Back when I originally downloaded it I believe it had just come out, it was pretty great and I was able to use the app for basically all of the features. But recently as I reinstalled it I realize that it’s still having some issues that should have been fixed along time ago. I don’t know if this app is just out of development, or what. But I really would like for this app to work on my phone, because I loved using it when I was a teenager and I’d like to start using it again. It’s still better than most of the beauty apps that I have found, which all expect you to shove out 10 bucks a month essentially to use basic features. One of the great reasons for Insta beauty to resume, I mean I’d rather put up with the ads that Insta beauty has then having to pay a ridiculous rate every month just to retouch a couple of photos. I’m not an influencer, so there’s no point in me spending money just to take a good selfie.

Use to be a good app
I have couple of complaints regarding this app.. it use to be such a good app many people asked me about this app because they liked the results i got out from this app but after some time i don't know what has happened to it when i wanted to upload a picture on it to make beauty changes it just doesn't upload the picture and all of a sudden closes out so i don't know what is wrong with it because before it wasn't doing that.. then recently i got iPhone 11 pro and i was so excited to use this app to take my pictures but when i open the app the options on the top cuts off and i thought i might need to delete the app and download again so i did that but it’s still showing the same problem.. can admin or someone who is responsible for this app can fix it because if not then i have to let go of this app..

Beauty Selection Crashes
The app is awesome! It’s very natural in how it adds the makeup and touches up the photo with just the press button; however, like previous people have mentioned, the “beauty” button no longer works for me. It allows me to select a picture and try to load it, but then the app crashes and closes.
I thought it was just me until I read other reviews, but it seems it’s been an ongoing issue that has yet to be fixed. It must have been awhile since I’ve used this app. Anyway, I hope they get around to fixing it. Makeup still works great. It definitely helps on days when I don’t wear makeup or days when I’ve washed it off but end up going back out and don’t want to put it on again. I love it, if not for the glitch. Please fix it!

Beauty element doesnt work anymore! :(
This has been my favorite app for selfie editing for years, but just a few months ago, the “beauty” element, which is the element I use the most, stopped working and now just crashes the app after I try to select an image. If I try to select the “makeup” element, it lets me select an image just fine, but if I try to select “beauty” after that, it just crashes again. I’ve been patiently waiting for something to be updated, but it’s been months with no luck. There’s an option to leave “feed back” in the app, but it’s just a blank screen, which is frustrating. Can someone please correct these glitches?!?!

Do NOT update — if you haven’t already.
A user SINCE the beginning days and prior to these unnecessary and worthless updates, this is the photo editor that I relied on and for me to be contemplating removal seems like a big deal to me for one reason, I have used it for so long. It’s the only one I have on my phone due to my need for quality, not quantity. In search of a replacement.

Not working
What’s happening? We can’t edit our pictures no more😭😭😭this app is the best app I have ever known and still knows but recently I can’t edit my pictures again, I use to use the face editing a lot now, I can’t even get there, it’s takes me to my gallery, act like is going to select a picture then disappears completely. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it’s still acting same and I can see everyone here is complaining same, please can the owner just say something to us the fans😭🙏

This used to be my go-to editor, but recently I can’t even get it to open my pics! Maybe if I’m lucky it’ll open the most recent one, but I’ve killed the app and reloaded it, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, went to my settings (which by the way, for people complaining about the watermark, there’s a way to turn it off if you click on the settings in upper right hand corner on the main menu page). Pleeeeease fix this!! I’ll update my rating when it’s fixed. Other than not being able to actually edit my photos because they won’t open, this is a 5 star app!

Developers Created New App
So Instabeauty recently stopped working for me. As most people are saying, anytime I try to use the Beauty editor, I can only get as far as the photo selection and then it crashes.
It’s currently November 2019 and the app info says it hasn’t been updated in 11 months. It seems like the developers maybe abandoned Instabeauty. But I just so happened to download another app called FotoRUs by the same developers. It has all the same Beauty editing tools as Instabeauty, maybe more, and it actually works—at least, for now it does. It looks like FotoRus hasn’t been updated in 6 months so hopefully they don’t abandon that too.

I’ve been using this app for a very long time now and just recently the app crashes anytime you go on the beauty option. I still think the app is amazing nonetheless because it’s the app i’ve been using since 2016 but the app itself hasn’t had an update for 10 months so i’m unsure that the problem will be resolved or not. I tried asking my friend if the app was crashing on her phone as well and she confirmed yes. Please help ):
