Description
The Invencoi2 app enables users to report, manage, and work to resolve issues with their Invencoi2 products or services. Depending on permissions, users can view open cases across their entire company, or for just the site or sites they manage. Permissions are set by Company Administrators, who have control of adding, removing, and setting permissions for users within their company. Notifications keep users up to date on case status without having to contact Invenco support or remembering to login to their account for status checks.
