I sent this through the app too. The setup was smooth and it seemed to be working well, until it didn't. Just two weeks in. Hopefully costumer service gets back to me to resolve the issue.
The app now records only but alerts are no longer given. It was working fine for the first two weeks, when both cameras then failed to give me movement detection notifications. The only thing i had switched the day off was the light setting to 180 seconds. Why is this issue occurring. I reinstalled the app, rebooted both devices, deleted and reinstalled the cameras with no success. It’s sort of frustrating because i bought this to get notifications. My ios settings have been looked at too to allow notifications. Please inquire. Should both devices be returned.
