Automatic Renewal Service Rules
If you click to subscribe, activate and use Cloud Plan automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"), it is deemed that you agree to these rules.
You understand and agree:
1. If you subscribe to this automatic renewal service and you do not explicitly cancel this automatic renewal service during the subscription period, the relevant entities will be bound from the time you activate this automatic renewal service 1 day before each subscription period is about to expire. The service fee for the next subscription period will be automatically deducted from the balance of the account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account") such as the pre-defined self-owned recharge account, bound third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, etc., thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to the subscription period . You should pay attention to the status of the above accounts and deductible balances. The risks and/or losses such as failure to renew due to account problems or insufficient balance will be borne by you.
2.Subscription period: No expiry date unless you cancel the cloud plan subscription.
3. You confirm and agree that Puwell have the right to adjust service prices. If Puwell intends to adjust the service price when you activate the automatic renewal service, we will notify you in advance by appropriate means (including but not limited to announcements on the site, SMS, etc.). If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you can cancel this automatic renewal service in accordance with these rules; if you do not cancel this automatic renewal service, the subsequent charges deducted by the relevant entity will be based on the adjusted service fee; if you are subscribing Cancellation within 24 hours before the expiration of the period, the relevant entity may deduct the service fee for the next subscription period based on the adjusted service fee, and then stop the withholding service. After this automatic renewal service is canceled, if you activate the automatic renewal service again, the service fee automatically deducted by the relevant entity shall be subject to the service fee displayed on the page at that time.
4. The method for automatic renewal users to unsubscribe is as follows:
Apple in-app payment (IAP payment, in-app purchase): Open the Apple phone "Settings" --> enter "iTunes Store and App Store" --> click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", Go to the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", and select your Cloud Plan subscription to cancel it. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal function 1 day before the subscription period expires, the subscription will be automatically renewed and deducted.
5. Puwell can also stop continuing to provide you with automatic renewal services according to the needs of its operating strategy. Your Cloud Plan service period will terminate on the date of the expiration of the current service period.

IPC360 Camera
The camera works good, have a nice definition, even at night, I have the flood light working by motion sensor, that also works good, the siren ID scheduled to work from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am , and we don’t hear it inside the house but of course when we arrive at night hours outside it’s loud.
I don’t give the 5 stars because when I bought the camera I bought a memory card that works good at the beginning and suddenly after a couple months stop working and the app start suggesting to register for the cloud service, and that’s why I get this one, because I don’t want the payments for monthly services, and I can’t make the memory work again.

Love this thing!!
I got my lightbulb camera yesterday.. sooo easy to hook up.. and app is user friendly.. works perfect!!!! I love how u can turn the camera from your phone and the 2 way audio is very clear as well.. . the videos are clear to see and the audio is awesome.... the phone notifications are on point and instant the moment someone walks on my front porch.. I love it..
I purchased the iCloud they offer to save the videos.. they have 2 different ones to choose from.. they can save videos up to 30 days for 2.99 a month.. or 7 days for 1.99 a month.. much cheaper than the system I actually have in the house that costs a few thousand dollars..
Wish I would have purchased this sooner.. would have saved me a lot of money… 😁

Perfect when out of the house
We are Very pleased with our 2 cameras - IBought an older camera and it was perfect then we bought a second one and it was so easy to install. It was immediately upgraded to the newest app. The video is clear and you’re able to adjust the cameras remotely. One glitch we noticed however is that sometimes it skips recording because I was city for example my sonLeaving out of the front door then a few seconds later or minutes later he’s walking around the house so there are gaps because I never saw himReturn to the house. Otherwise very pleased and we don’t have to worry when we were out of town because we can see what’s going on inside our home.

Latest version and a suggestion
Since the last update, the cameras will say “Video will be available for viewing shortly” with a gray screen but it never loads. I don’t have the cloud service. It’s playing straight from the card. It worked great until the latest update rolled out a couple of days ago. I have to close the app and reopen several times before the video will finally load.
I think I’ve only written a couple of app reviews in the last 20 years. I do like these cameras and the app so thought I would send one suggestion. I have another camera app that allows me to play back video in 2x, 4x, 8x, etc. It makes reviewing footage so much easier than watching it in real time when you’re trying to find the kids that ding dong ditched you in the middle of the night.

Great quality security camera and inexpensive
I got this camera to keep an eye out when baby is asleep. So far it’s better and affordable. The app is improving and I can see quality videos on my screen both dark and day. I can even take picture, talk and record it. I like that it came with easy to hook on the wall but safer to wait if you decide to move it from time to time like I do. I can check even when I’m outside or if hubby is at work and wants to check. I love the fact that only certain people can see the camera for safety and security. Overall it has been great investment even though it has been last year. So far don’t have issues.

The best cameras EVER!
I did not know what to expect with these cameras, but I am beyond thrilled with my purchase. I’ve already ordered more! The bells and whistles that come with the cameras are endless- LED lights, the camera will trace the area you have marked off; the camera doesn’t just capture the car coming towards your house, it continues moving along with the car; alert messages with different various message options, and so much more. I can’t say enough about them. I bought the cameras with the 64 gb memory and the SD card, but I ended up subscribing to the cloud service. You won’t be disappointed. I have absolutely NO complaints.

Good camera at this price
Picture quality and ease if use are very good. Main problem is the lag time between movement and the start of the recording. I am using the camera to keep track of my Alzheimers suffering mom’s sleep walking at night. So I have the camera directed mostly at the floor and side of the bed. I get many notifications of movement, but can’t see movement when I look at some of the videos because of the time it takes to actually start recording. She most likely kicked the covers. If she stands up, then it does capture that, which is what I need. At $49 you can’t expect it to be very high performance.

Inside and outside cameras storage
I just set up free cloud storage for my cameras there have been some shady things going on here and I need to be able to see what happens when I’m gone or asleep so far it’s showing me all the videos but I’d like to get the cloud storage package but can’t get a price!!! Other the not showing me a price I’d like to order the cloud storage package but need to know monthly cost.. So far the free version seems to be good but I want full protection just need to know the cost

Could be better
I got three smart Wi-Fi dual lens hybrid zoom PTZ cameras that work with this app and so far it’s OK I had a previous camera that worked with this app and it was garbage the app was terrible with the new cameras that I have the app does a little bit better a few things that I wish were better one of those things being I wish you could fast forward and rewind when you’re reviewing camera footage. Other than that there’s only a few minor things that I wish were different but the app still needs some work as far as I’m concerned but I gave it an extra star from the last time I left a review.

Awesome!!
We have a special needs son that we always got a monitor. And this camera does such a great job of being able to just see in. We never have any problems with connectivity as well as being able to hear and talk to him as needed. It’s just fantastic. Definitely would highly recommend this to anybody. It’s awesome. We also use them around the house for security as well so they work really really well for that too.
