+ Intuitive entry of time, weight, repetition and round based workouts.
+ No internet connection or logging in required! View your PRs or enter new ones no matter where you are.
+ Over 100 preloaded workouts - The Girls, Heroes and other Named workouts.
+ Not enough? Easily add your own custom exercises and workouts.
+ Also tracks barbell lifts, distance based (row,run,swim), and max unbroken reps of skill movements.
+ Barbell lifts can be filtered down to your best effort on x1, x3, x5, x10 & x20 rep schemes
+ Automatically determines your PR. As prescribed (Rx) times are always weighted above scaled times.
+ Your records are safe. Data is backed up when you sync your device with iTunes. There is also an option to make manual backups.

Cool app!
Best PR tracking app that I have found. Interface very easy and the ability to customize is great. Would love to see the ability to customize the main "iPR" screen in future updates. Would allow me to add categories for swimming, cycling, etc.

Disappointed
I use to love this app, used it everyday to record my workouts. Then the update happened and all my data was squished together and I couldn’t read it any more on my iPhone 6. So very disappointed😩

Totally recommend - simply, a functional Crossfit app
If you Crossfit, I don’t know of another single more important app to have then this. It is one of those apps that just “works”, and does exactly what one needs - easily track PRs. Obviously, it feels great to cross previous bests, but I find I quickly forget what that was, or in what setting I set my new record. This allows me to easily record it, and jot a few notes, so I can go back and see what my time was, and such information.

I highly recommend getting this app - and for only $0.99, it can’t be passed up.

GREAT app!
Very simple, easy to use interface for storing all your PRs. Comes with preloaded workouts so all you have to is type in your time/weight/reps/etc. you can add your own stuff too. Would love to be able to compare myself to other users. Great work!

Great app, great value, and easy to use!
This app is very simple and great for keeping track of PRs for any crossfitter. You can add prs for any barbell lifts, movements, or specific WODs which are built in or you can just add a custom WOD or movement. I would highly reccomend this app.

Great CF App!
I have had this app for around 6 months now and I love how easy it is to add lift weights and METCON times. Easy to use and view all of your PRs. If you are a serious XFitter then get this app.
