Can't retrieve videos

I have some videos uploaded and can watch them but can't copy them back to my phone so I can share them. How can I share the videos like I can for pictures?

Fix

Since the update you can no longer add multiple photos at once, it only allows you to select one. Please fix this as it takes way to much time to go back and fourth selecting photos. Also there is a glitch that shows all your albums when you open the app and before you type in the password.

App not opening

Sorry for using the review section for this but theres no way of contacting the developer. I cannot open my app because of the recent update to ios11. Is there going to be an update on the app? I have many pictures there and don't want to lose them.

Password

Is there anyway for me to get my password changed? I forgot it and can't get on the app at all. I have important pictures in it. I took pictures on my grandfathers will and put it in there! My password hint is only "lol" and I have no idea what the actual password could be. Please HELP. Asap! Please!:)

I have not used this app in a long time but it still has photos in it. I forgot password and I do not have the option for password reminder. How do I get password or option to change password??

Needs an Update

Useful app, but completely useless until it gets an update to be compatible with iOS 11. Update soon! I can’t even open the app without an update for iOS 11!!!

App was better and easier to use. You went backwards

You went backwards. Editing albums is incomplete with videos. I can select them but I can’t export them like I used to. Why is this? Are my videos forver locked so i cant put them back on my regular phone albums? Help!
