This app is everything I’ve been waiting for . It allows you to input your personal information along with a goal you would like to obtain, and with that information ct and his team will create a personalized workout plan along with a meal plan specifically designed for your needs. I wish I could personally thank CT cause this app is F****** awesome ! Till than ISYMFS!!!!!!!!

For anyone looking to step up their training - CT Fletcher is exactly who you want to be telling you what to do! I have been following his workouts and videos for years, and now to be fully in his training, and the private community - this has been an awesome experience. I also like how he keeps making the app better and adding new stuff!

How does one become a member to log-In? There is no way to get in the App. Very disappointing. Which makes rating impossible...

First I want to say I’m a huge fan of CT Fletcher. Hands down one of my most favorite motivational speakers. So when I seen the app considering how many videos of his I have watched I was all over it. The interface having to sign up on a separate site is not a great start, but I read the instructions and signed up. I opened the app and it was pretty bare. I did just the training subscription and within 12 hours my profile was setup with my own personalized workout routine. However as someone who has workout off and on my whole life it wasn’t anything special. Most of the info I already knew so unless you were a total beginner the only value is the challenge workouts. However that by itself isn’t worth the 20.00 a month. That’s strictly my opinion. So I went to cancel my subscription and not a single place to do so. I have searched both on the app and the orignal training sign up site and nothing. I have emailed a few of the trainer emails I have received asking how to cancel with no update as of this moment. There will be a lot of people who would get some good use out of the app, but for me it’s not worth it. However the app itself honestly looks like big scale app done on a budget.
