Myopic research studies show that natural outdoor light has a fundamental role on the functions of accommodation reflexes. The light illuminance is measured in units called Lux. For healthy vision our eyes should be exposed to light levels at least 1,000 lux, preferably 10,000 lux to be protected against myopia progression or even reverse it. Read iSee Life Wiki for more info on scientific research studies on this matter.
Light Meter introduces the ability to measure and preview the Light illuminance levels in lux and get the list of light qualities for everyday basic needs. Approximated light illumination value gives a reference point to the user to play with, get entertained and motivated to step outdoors and get the visual system to be stimulated with natural outdoor light.
