The "time to peak" is the time from the first bolus to the maximum effect measured (using any method, clinical, EEG, BIS, entropy, etc.).
To SET a new "TIME TO PEAK", add a new anesthetic drug, tap the "More" button (in the lower right corner) and then "TIME TO PEAK".

This app is too difficult to
Use. We wanted a real time manual Propofol infusion of 40 mcg/kg/min, a simple pump infusion, not TCI, but just a simple real time infusion, with an ability to see a decrease in BIS, as you would see in a patient on a manual
Propofol infusion of 40 mcg/kg/min on the pump in real rime. This is something you might see in ICU, for a vent patient requiring mild sedation. We couldn’t even simulate this.
