Beyond amazing , fast reliable and trustworthy service
My son whose passport had expired during the pandemic needed a passport renewal to visit my ailing mother in Europe. Traditional post office service provided us with an estimated time of 12 weeks which was not an option for our situation. I called “It Easy” as I used their service a decade ago. David was our guardian angel ! Not only did he stay in touch with us throughout the entire process but he provided us with an utmost care until the very end. We texted, emailed, spoke on the phone to ensure that my son and I could travel to Europe literally at moments notice. We were provided an appointment with the passport agency in a matter of 24 hours from my initial calm with David. This is a record time given the pandemic related closures and restrictions. It’s Easy’s services are beyond professional. They really care about your personal journey through the system and you never feel alone or unattended. I will go out of my way to broadcast their services to my friends and those who are facing emergency types of situations. A miracle makers to say the least, and also truly caring staff. Truly a life saver
My now husband and I got married last Saturday and have spent the last 2 years and a small fortune planning the most amazing honeymoon. 1 week before we were supposed to leave I found out my passport only had a few months left before it expired and most countries require at least 6 months in order to enter the country. News to me! Needles to say I was in a full panic. I called ItsEasy in the midst of my breakdown and from the moment we were on the phone they were helpful and put me at ease. The entire process was so easy and smooth. Their customer service was top tier, they always answered the phone no matter what time of day I called and walked and talked me through all the forms that I needed to fill out. My US passport was up for renewal about six months ago . I chose ItsEasy services not knowing anything about it and was completely new to me. I took a gamble because their app was easy to navigate and all the steps were easy to follow. Their charges were very acceptable considering the services they rendered and especially taking the photo ourselves instead of going to passport photo services and wait etc.,. Their responses at each step of the way till I submitted the application were awesome and I received my new passport in 5 weeks (this is the expedited service I chose) and 10 days later I received my old passport form the state dept. I similar experience with my wife’s passport renewal last month.
ALL IN ALL THIS IS AN AWESOME SERVICE. When I call on the phone about a question the people on the other end are pleasant and helpful.

Be Sure to Have Proper Conditions for an Adequate Photo
The only service I used was to get photos. If this is all you need, you may be better off going to a local pharmacy, where you can get instant and dependable results for around $12. But if you want to save a few bucks, before you buy the app, you should be ready to (1) shoot outside, out of direct sunlight (obviously), and (2) have a Plain. Flat. White. Background at the ready--exactly that, no exceptions. (3) Take a Very Careful Look at your results. Compare them to the example photo provided. You do not want to have to do this twice. Otherwise, why didn't you go to the pharmacy in the first place?
I never completed the process because I grew frustrated, but I'm still giving their app 4 stars because, arguably, the challenges I faced were of my own making. But you should also know, their website states, "This service is provided as is, with no expressed or guaranteed warranties," so I never bothered asking for a refund.

Free digital photo never delivered
***Edited*** David worked for awhile on this and stayed in contact with us until the pictures were able to get through to our email. He emailed to check in, gave us his number to call him, offered to print them out and mail them to us. He never gave up on the process until we got them! And the pictures turned out great!

Absolutely amazing service! If you have an infant this is the way to go!
I cannot explain how wonderful this service was. We need a passport photo for our infant son who is currently 10 weeks old. Needless to say this is not an easy task. David the CEO received the photos and we needed to do a retake. He texted me within a an hour of getting the photo and offered for me to call him for tips. I was unable to call at the moment and when I got back to him later he picked up the phone himself on a holiday weekend Saturday! I couldn’t believe it! He was so kind and helpful and gave me a way to resubmit the photos to get the best picture. He edited it on a Saturday night! I now have the most adorable and useful government compliant photos. I can’t even begin to explain how personalized and stellar this service is! I will always use this app from now on!

Ok please believe me when I say this is my first App. Review. Now you booked a trip and your passport is 1-6 months From renewal time. Then ITS RENEW TIME NOW! Everything you need to renew is in this app. And you Do it all from your couch. Just read all the instructions And check your email for the last step. I say yes 24/7 service because I was the dummy who didn’t read all of the instructions and sat around waiting for my passport till it was almost too late. No worries I hit the help button and was contacted instantly. Dave walked me through it And easy Peezy I got my passport today! It is simple take the photos from your home. All the shipping Is covered I only wish they did driver’s license renewal like this. Okay I’m off to Aruba and I hope my first review helps.

Thank you Dave for providing such a great service. The app is very user friendly and not only helps you complete the paperwork but your photo as well. This was the reason I chose to use a service...I didn’t want to go out during this pandemic for a passport photo! I knew that the passport processing was way behind so I took comfort in knowing that “It’s Easy” would make sure there were no errors that would get my renewal returned.
Well about a week ago I got a phone call from Dave informing me that my papers hadn’t been processed yet and he was keeping a close eye. He kept me updated via text message and low and behold the next thing I know, I have my brand new passport. I truly appreciated the unexpected customer service. I can’t put into words how incredible David’s service was throughout. My wife and I had a daughter in the middle of the pandemic in NYC and we needed a passport for her to get back to England (where I am from) so she could receive medical attention. David provided truly phenomenal guidance and setup our documents, photographs and our emergency appointment at incredibly short notice. Without David and ItsEasy we would still be stuck in NYC without a passport for our daughter, risking further medical complications for her. I would recommend David to anyone and everyone. He is a great problem solver that’s detail orientated whilst also being very reliable and personable. This service is absolutely amazing! The customer service is outstanding. We had the cliché story of my dog ate my passport which really happened LOL. The short version of a long story is the post office did not correctly fill out our paperwork for a replacement passport. David who is the owner of this company went out of his way and gave us his personal cell phone in order to help us get the passport in time. He texted us constantly to keep us updated and to give us tips on what we could do. He even spoke with the postmaster and walked her through the process to make sure the repeat paperwork was done correctly. Because of the outstanding service of this company, my daughter was able to make her trip to Costa Rica. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
