Game has been cheating the players for quite a while

I have been playing games on this app for years and enjoying it for years. All of a sudden after an update last year everything changed. I went from a high level to the beginners level in one week. The Cleopatra treasure chest changed for accomplishing certain goals set by the game and I started missing keys when I had finished the tasks which means no weekly bonus. Tonight they have erased all of my keys for this week and I got zero bonus dollars. What the heck? My husband was laughing at me because I had just had it and he checked his treasure chest and they all said what mine did that the keys were "Missing" and he didn't get his bonuses either.
I just went back on the game and apparently you loaded an upgrade to the Platinum Chest in Cleo's Treasures that must have wiped out our completed tasks for the week. You need to fix it and pay us out for the $$$ we just lost out on.
I took pictures on my phone of the errors tonight and would post them if I could just to prove my point.

Money money money

Have been a member since 2012 I love this app but when you have to purchase packages because even doing a 2 or 3 million bet you lose 600 million don’t get one bonus and go 20 or 30 spins and hit 1 or 2 million tends to be a little frustrating. I have spent a fair amount on the packages almost 200 $ maybe little more in the past month and somehow it doesn’t seem random to me that I’m losing that quick even with betting 50,25,10 million. Even at lower bets still can’t hit nothing. In my opinion think I would have better odds going to a actual casino. Also in the past I have bought consecutive packages which would of given me over a billion coins charged me twice and only received it once. Figured wasn’t any sense trying to get my money back that it would be to much of a hassle. Really don’t want to delete this app because like I said I love the games and been on here for awhile but not everyone can afford to keep buying package after package to try to keep up with the lighting points so you don’t get demoted which makes no sense to me. I believe if you have put that much time and effort to get to that point that’s where you should stay but that my opinion. Well if some thing don’t give soon sorry I’m just going to have to delete this because can’t afford it I completely understand you guys have to make your money but it’s just plain out getting ridiculous. Was my favorite.... not anymore!

UPDATE 2: I was up over 80B having fun, wining and losing at an appropriate pace. Then the latest update came (a couple months ago) and all of a sudden I just kept losing consistently. A tiny win here and there, but I have now lost almost half. Yep, lost almost 40 billion in a couple months. It’s sad, because when I run out of credit I will move to another game app.
Original review: I have been playing this slot game for 5 years now, and having lots of fun. I could win some, lose some, but I was able to get bonus games, and even win some bigger amounts. That all changed with this last update 2 weeks ago. Now I rarely get the bonus and win very little. I have lost so much that pretty soon I won’t have anything left to play with. I don’t know why they made it so tight... not fun anymore...not when all you do is lose!
UPDATE…… there is no big win any day to this app! Ever since the update a couple months ago, there have been no big wins. I play every day because this is my favorite slotgame, but I have gone from over 4B down to just over 1B in a matter of months. I play minim bets and I have been playing for years happily. at this rate I will be out of coins very soon. Because of the rate of loss to small win ratio, I will not buy any playing coins and watch them get flushed down the toilet! I will find a new favorite game to play. what a shame they became so greedy!

Good App But Not Greatee

3 1/2 actually. Last week I would have given a 4 at least, but I’ve been on downward spiral and nothing seems to work to break it. I feel like they are trying to force me into buying coins. I don’t like someone trying to force me into anything! If I buy (which Seldom I admit), it’s because I want to..:..not because I’m forced.

Down from a 5 to a 3 to a 1 in about 5 months, that’s quite a feat. I was really enjoying the game, but I figured it was going to be trouble later, because at first I could barely loss. Now if they had a section to buy a win, I still couldn’t win! I haven’t bothered to buy coins, I’m disabled and on a very fixed income, so the amount I can afford to buy wouldn’t help. I’ve saved up more than that and it it gets drained away, if I bet big or small. And I’ve gone to FB for extra coins-had no luck there either. So I guess I’m not supposed to play. I’ll wait until tomorrow, then I’m deleting it if I don’t win my party present. So sorry this turned out to be another “honey moon” game. And it didn’t have to be. All those big wins we got at the beginning wasn’t necessary, if you had given us nice steady wins & losses over a longer length of of time, I probably would have been a customer for a long time. You have good games, nice graphics and I never had any trouble with the game play. Thanks for the memories, they leave a bitter taste in my mouth & mind

Disappointing

This app used to be my favorite casino game to play. I don’t know what’s happened over time but it’s no longer fun to play when you can’t get any bonuses, no big wins and end up losing all of winnings faster than you win anything. The games are great games but it feels impossible to win anymore. Every update says your making improvements and making it more fun for the players. I keep hoping to find truth in this and therefore keep playing giving you the benefit of the doubt. At one point I had over a billion coins. Now I can’t keep it over a hundred million. I’m very sad bc I feel like I’m going to have to delete this app soon. I can’t afford to keep buying coins and not seeing any payoffs in return large enough to keep me interested or keep me wanting to play. It’s not fun when you play a game for hours and don’t hit one bonus or large win in all that time.
Also, the prizes for getting “big wins” really aren’t worth much. Come on guys, start giving back to your loyal players who have been with you for the long haul and faithful, daily players. I don’t mind buying coins once in awhile but when I have to buy more than I’m winning, I might as well be spending my money on a real casino app where I have a chance to win real money back. This is suppose to be for fun. Where’s the fun??? What happened to the fun and excitement of this app that made it the best free casino app at one time?? Disappointed is all I can say.

UPDATE: Apple refunded my money so they agreed that this was fraudulent. So if you purchased coins and feel ripped off, complain to Apple because you won’t get anywhere with this greedy developer

I received an answer from your tech desk about the problem below. Apparently you had the “up to” 138.4 billion coins in the prestige chest incorrectly displayed for over 3 weeks until you did an update 6 days ago, then it changed down to 1.34 billion. This meant people like me were fraudulently lured into purchasing the new honey pass with a false sense of possibly winning a lot of coins after completing the various challenges. You should give people their money back or give them the coins. If not, at a minimum, you need to get reported to the app stores that allow you to commit such crimes. Hopefully you will post this…doing a screen shot just in case! ************** Thought this would different. Bought the honey pass and made it all the way to the PRESTIGE CHEST! Played lots of games I didn’t like just to earn the diamonds, but I made it. I was excited with the possibility of winning up to 138.4 billion coins! I never had 100 billion on this game, but it seemed hopeful. What did I get? 1.34 billion. Are you freaking kidding me? You made it possible if I get 1000 more diamonds to open a second PRESTIGE CHEST, but I won’t even try. When my coins are gone, so am I. Shame on you and your greed.

Jackpot party

I love this game. You provide a variety of games to play and it’s entertaining. However, it can be very frustrating. It’s hard to get bingo balls and I often run out. You’re very stingy with them. Sometimes I have to play 20 balls to get 2 matches. That’s crazy. That leaves you really stuck. It also seems that when you need the lightning points they’re scarce, but when you don’t , they pop up like crazy. What’s up with that? I would like a place where I could read about how to get more points from all these things I earn. Where do I find this information? Like all these things that are worth 3 or 4 points. I know they accumulate somewhere. How do I find that? Also, sometimes it’s hard just to get a party after playing hundreds of times. Why does that happen. Or is that why they call it gambling? Thanks for the fun.

This App Has Gone Downhill

I have played Jackpot Casino for years. However, during the last year, it has really gone downhill. They are always giving new incentives, but they are worse. It is impossible to win. I would buy the honey pass at the end of each month and last month spent $49 on the super honey pass. However, the more money you spend the worse the payout seem to be. If you play at level 15, you can only earn their bonuses by playing at level 16. So you up your bed and you play at level 16, the next time you are required to play at level 17 & so on. The bigger your bet, the more you lose. I think it’s time to find another casino app. It really is too bad because this game used to be a lot of fun!

I received your response & it is basically the same blanket response you give to every other person complaining about how Jackpot Party has gone downhill. In reading your reviews, 90% of them are BAD reviews, how it’s impossible to win or ever get ahead in the game, how you rarely get bonus games & when you do they pay next to nothing, buying coins & losing them in just a few days because games never pay, etc. Take a hint from all these bad reviews and make some changes to your games. It used to be fun - make some changes or you are going to lose your loyal players!! I will NEVER buys coins again unless improvements are made!

Great game has totally gone south and getting WORSE

Only drawback is that so many of the games take a rotated iPad. Support is fantastic and overall it’s still a great game! Edited review: This was a great game as in the above review but this update has made it virtually unplayable! 38,000 spins at a high level? Are they insane? Who has that much time or money? I have spent quite a bit of real money on this game but they’ll never get another dime until they go back to normal daily quests. The current month long challenge is a joke. Seriously considering deleting the app after 5+ years…there are many others to choose from.
Again, they have made changes to degrade the game even further. Sadly there isn’t a way to give negative or 0 stars. The new Diamond Daily is a total disaster. The company obviously doesn’t care about long time players and are just trying to reel in new players and ‘too bad, so sad’ for those of us who have been playing and supporting them financially for years. Also, the puzzle, chest game is a total rip off - not only did I have to play at higher levels than normal, when I needed one card to complete the entire puzzle, I opened multitudinous chests over 3 days, accumulated the 150 then 200 pts to get a ‘trade’ chest and SURPRISE! I never got the last card.
I think it’s time to delete this app.

Buy coins, win rates decreased

Uninstalling after probably 3 years played and lots of real money spent. You’ve become far too greedy. I have several accounts I have used to record the stats. Of you buy coins from these people you get a short burst of mediocre wins (sometimes slightly better) then it goes into drain mode where they expect that you will spend more money (why not, they now have your account marked as one that is willing to spend). Meanwhile the other accounts where I have spent no money have far too better winning percentages. You’ve jacked up minimum bets on featured slots to $500,000 which was recently $180,000. Reduced bingo balls from what was previously 4-16 (or somewhere around there). The size of wins used to determine the size of prize box you won. Now it is random and usually a mini. You just got far too greedy. The odds in many of your games are worse than the real ones in casinos. Unless some major changes are made. Myself, my wife, my mother-in-law (who has probably spent close to $1000 this last year) are all deleting the app. We will not recommend your app and will make sure everyone we know never spends a dime with you. Thanks for what was initially fun a few years ago and has slowly gotten worse as time progressed. Nobody cares about how cool your games are if they can never afford to play them.
