This has been my consistent radio station daily for five years running now! It’s my absolute favorite with the diversity they have everything from reggae, rock, & bluegrass! But the best part is that it’s a community radio station so it’s completely crowdfunded and free to those who choose not to donate, but it brings such a sense of community to the fellow listeners and they also have a fantasy sports league to join if you wanted to 💯🔥🏆 phinest in the nation😉
KielF_Tattoos,
Updates could be better
Firstly I LOVE JEMP Radio and I'm excited that the updates should hopefully fix the constant dropped signal and the overall new look. HOWEVER, there are some aspects that are a bit annoying and lacking. Mostly dealing with the song info and the lack of a "counter". Just now I am listening to a steamy "Jesus just left Chicago" from phish and all I know is that it was played in October of some year...the song name and date doesn't scroll across so I can see what date to find that particular jam. Also I know it's not a necessity, but the song timer or counter was nice in the old version...sometimes I'd tune in mid set during "this week in phish" and be able to quickly quantify how far into it the show was...these minor things would be great to add but over all as long as the jammy goodness keeps streaming I'm a happy camper...low/medium stars only in the hopes it grabs attention from the powers that be to make these changes
mmindpilot,
Letdown lane
Ive only had the app about a week now and Im ready to remove it...

some things I was disappointed by:

- it seems that the actual amount of content being Phish, is way less than I assumed. Sure it’s nice to hear some filler music from similar bands but I find myself put off by the lack of back to back phish content. I downloaded jemp radio because I want to listen to the band who created the label.

- I felt that the pre-recorded(though intended to sound live) ad requesting financial support for the station was condescending and inauthentic. What could be a short and concise request for donations is instead a drawn out whine about “ we have to pay this bill and that bill...this bill is $100!... and you winamp users...” Guilting listeners into supporting is not the way to do it.

- I've wondered how many times the ad repeats per song plays but according to your recently played list there has been nothing but music. I get it, its not a “song” but...

- Compared to what LivePhishRadio has become, At least you guys play recordings from any and all years. Livephishradio on the livephish app as of maybe a year or two ago, only streams selections from 2015 or newer.... why? Who made that call and what does that mean exactly?

Not intending to be overly negative here just highly critical.

Signed- long time phan.
Mike29th,
Pretty happy so far
Just downloaded it based on a recommendation from my friend my friend. I love it so far. It would be nice if you could set days for the alarm to go off and if it showed what has been played and what’s up for the day, but that’s not a complaint. I will definitely be putting in some hours with this app!
vizzyvo,
Needs a favorite feature and a buffering feature
So I can save my favorite songs and look them up later and also so when I drive in rural areas so I can listen to music without interruption
tjhurls,
Love this! Only one issue….
Solid slate of tunes! Can’t go wrong here, my favorite online radio app.

Just one small thing….when the descriptions get too long the songs, dates, and/or venues get cut off and listeners cannot scroll over to see full info. Change that and my review immediately jumps from 4 to 5 stars 🤘🏻
MamaBee Alice,

Mossy Sauce,
Love the music
Great selection of jam bands and amazing to hear so many phish concerts. Can’t imagine life without this station. It has been a game changer to my life- easy free access to awesome music all the time!
Gu yongcheng,
24/7 access to awesomeness
JEMP not only plays excellent cuts of Phish, but Andy Michaels, Organic Jam, Dead, Other Mike’s Corner are all great shows. It’s a real radio station with character and personality, not just streaming music.

Listen and learn
I’m still a relative noob to the magic of Phish, let alone the whole jam universe. JEMP Radio has been instrumental (pun intended) in educating me and introducing me to decades of jams that I would have otherwise missed. Viva JEMP Radio!
