I started using Jeni’s app after I found her on Glo, and realized I was mainly just doing her workouts every time. I’ve used this app 4-5 times a week since getting it last fall and I can honestly say that I’ve have gained so much strength, endurance, and knowledge! She not only encourages you and makes workouts fun—she also has deepened my understanding of the mind body connection. I now make sure to check in to make sure I am respecting my limits and I never feel guilt if I need to modify. She clearly has a passion for fitness and teaching. Plus, her cues are fantastic! I usually can just listen to her the whole time and know exactly what to do. She’s always adding new workouts in different modalities, different time lengths, and makes it accessible for all levels so no matter what my day is like I can always find something that fits in. I am SO grateful for this app! Jeni’s enthusiasm and positivity make me leave each workout feeling proud of myself.
