I like this game but ..
This is one of my favorite gem matching games. This app version however, can be a bit frustrating . It doesn’t allow you to keep going if you close the app. You have to spend coins or go back to the beginning, even if you didn't lose the level. On other platforms you only have to spend coins to redo a level and go on if you ran out of time And failed it. This makes you pay coins to go on if you just stop playing. Other than that crummy deal, it is just a fun game! I like the colors and backgrounds .

Worst match 3 game I’ve ever played
Unlike any other match 3 you can move gems into blank spaces. This sounds like a good thing except there is no tutorial in the beginning to explain this. If you don’t beat the timer, you start over at the beginning of the game or spend coins to continue. If one of the many ads locks things up and you have to close the app, you start over at the beginning of the game or spend coins to continue. If you run out of moves you must spend coins to shuffle the board or die, and you start over at the beginning of the game or spend coins to continue. If you need to be responsible and you close the game to deal with life, you start over at the beginning of the game or spend coins to continue. You get the idea!! Bad game design!!

Love it except...
Love the game. Challenging and addictive...the one complaint is that if you don’t complete a level and you have used all your coins, you either buy more or go back to the beginning. I think once you have achieved an entire stage you should only go back to the beginning of the stage you are on. It’s frustrating to have to start at the beginning of stage one. If this happens I usually have to close the game and take it up a few days later.

I am addicted to this game. The only thing I don't like is that if you run out of coins in order to keep on playing for free you have to start over from stage 1. You lose all your progress. Also you don't get any bonus coins when you don't play for a while like in other games. Why does each game cost 500 coins?? Why can't it be 100 or 150???

Good game with a few faults
I really enjoy this game, but there are a few issues. As stated before... The game makes you start over every time you go out or one of these annoying ads for another game pops up. You can spend a lot of coins 500 to be exact, just to continue the game. I really enjoyed this game overseas, when they’re want so much money grabbing just to play. Other then that the game is good as a time waster and brain teaser.

Addictive - but doesn't work after the last update 2 days ago
I miss playing this game. All I get now when I open the game is a solid pink screen, there are ad banners at the bottom of the screen, but no way to make the game open :( Update 3.56 broke my game! How can I go back to 3.55?

Jewel Quest Forever
I have enjoyed this game for so long, at least 12 years. It has updated a few times and I have also played Jewel quest online against an unknown opponent. There are so many versions but this one is my ultimate favorite. I never get tired of it!

Needs work
I love this game, except no matter what level you get to, if you stop playing, you have to spend coins or real money on coins or else you have to go all the way back to level 1. There’s no way to advance without spending money. No boosters. Guess I’ll go back to Candy Crush. Almost level 3000 there. This was a nice break, just no way to advance.

Challenging
Levels are increasingly challenging which is good. Keeps things interesting. Only drawback so far is that if you run out of coins and aren’t willing to buy more you have to start all over again. That is very frustrating.

Super challenging
I'm quickly becoming addicted to this game. It's very challenging but little by little I'm getting better and advancing further. If you enjoy the tension of games requiring hand-eye coordination while battling the clock this is right up your alley.
