LOVE but HATE if you have a question
This has been my favorite game since I got it. I’ve downloaded others from this same group and they are really good but for some reason this one just seems best. Maybe because of the 5 extra available at the end if needed:-).
I would definitely recommend this game to friends.
I just wrote this review like five minutes ago because I have had a problem with a high level - first ever - and just went to try again and went through. I just have no idea how I did it - sheer dumb luck!
There has to be a place to contact developers or at least a place to go to search with questions about the game. If you have any questions about anything your out of luck unless you complain on the reviews and that’s not good because the game itself is good:-)

Need to rework
This a great game; prices are reasonable; HOWEVER, it can become expensive because it is NOT FAIR nor is it HONEST when a player gets 3 star victory in getting the goals of that level without using ALL the given moves; YET do NOT actually get the victory dependent on the level, for the remaining moves left have to be at least 20 to get the ACTUAL 3 star victory. I am on level 53, achieved the goals giving me a 3 star victory, but any remaining moves less than 25 the victory remains at 2 stars; unless you use too many of the “tools” to help you get to the ACTUAL 3 star victory; which can get expensive as you have to refill. This sort of game is enjoyable for all age genres and challenging ALONE in just achieving the goal of each level without being deceptive and making the player being forced to use the tools which are programmed like a slot machine to get the ACTUAL 3 stars they already earned. It takes out the FUN and JOY of playing. It is the dangling of a carrot and not getting it when reaching the finish line 1st with moves left over that should be REWARDED instead of PENALIZED!! Like to see this be fixed as most players are on a limited budget and will lose interest. I am a SENIOR and it saddens me as the developer can make a profit w/o resorting to fixed algorithms.

Finally Defeated. Not worth the effort to play this one
The game starts out friendly and your not forced to play one board for hours or days and then when you buy the first booster or whatever it begins to get more unruly. I’m getting bored now because I hate spending hours on one board. I guess I’ll start looking for a new game. I don’t see the point in making it so boring you move on? Also I spent $10 to get rid of the ads. That did not happen. I still have to watch innumerable game ads and that is also boring. Well I stuck with it and now I’ve spent all day and all my resources on one board. What is the point? If you want money from me give me incentive not punishment. Sheesh! Ads still blacking out so play is ended before you get the extra 5 moves. HELP! If you are trying to remove ads which I paid for, you have, but you’ve also eliminated my ability to use or buy extra 5 moves and to increase the yield on a successful board completion when offered. That was not indicated in the remove ads I purchased.
I’m leaving the game. At level 900 you cannot win. They have purposely forced me to use all of my resources. In two days I have not been able to even get close to beating this board. If they think to force me to spend money they’re wrong. I don’t mind spending on games that offer me something but this one doesn’t.

At my wits end!
I’ve been playing this game daily for quite awhile now but sadly I’m about to delete it. Level 957 is impossible! I’ve been stuck on that dang level for 4 days now and It’s losing its appeal to me. I use to enjoy this game so much and thought it was one of the best of its kind out there. The enjoyment of these types of games comes from WINNING and when it becomes impossible to do so, why keep playing? Is there a skip level feature? Lol! The developers did a great job with daily challenges that offer 1 hour unlimited lives and various boosters and the ability to double those with a short ad which isn’t really offered in other games like this. Thats why I’ve enjoyed playing this so much BUT, when you can’t complete a level and you’ve depleted all of your resources it’s impossible to keep going more than 5 lives which is frustrating! Even with the free boosters they offer after watching a short ad, the level I’m stuck on is impossible!! I like a challenge in a game and I get that as you reach higher levels the difficulty increases, but this is ridiculous! Seriously about to delete this.

Crash scene
This is a great game, but I've only it a few days and it crashes almost as often as it does😱 I should have a lot more coins but almost every time you watch an ad to earn coins or boosters it CRASHES. I'm very torn about whether to delete it or not. And there's NO tech support.

Great Game
This is definitely an amazing game. I’ve been playing this for like 2 hours now. It’s really relaxing and soothing after a difficult day of work. However, I do have one suggestion. The same character that appears when you complete a level gets a little old. I would suggest adding more characters, or creating an interface where the player gets to choose between some characters. A good character would be a fox, by the way. Thank you for making this fantastic game.

Game issue
I love this game but I have been stuck for quite some time due to an issue with level 1068. When the level launches it shows three different screens to collect the hidden gold and green jewel from but after beating the first screen in it zips to the left and the next puzzle does not appear. I’ve been waiting several months to see if the issue was resolved but as of today it isn’t. Please help me to pass this level. Thank you!

Stuck at level 258
Loved this game, but I’ve hit level 258 and there’s a preview of three sections of jewel grids to get through to complete the level, however, after I complete the first grid, it slides the next but keeps going to where it’s starting to show the third grid, but then stops. So your left with only half of the second grid and start of the third. I’ve tried everything to reset it, but it keeps doing it so there’s literally no way to pass this level since you can’t see all of it as it seems the screen timing or transition to the second grid is off. Sad day 😞

WAS great.. then overnight became a money grab.
Been playing this game about a months and really enjoying it, not as much of a pay-to-play game as most of the rest in this genre, but then came an update a week ago in which after 5 plays a life takes 26 (!!!) minutes to regenerate, and you no longer get coins for passing levels... it seems like this was the plan all along. Lure players in with a less restrictive game than the rest of the market, then lock you in with an even more money hungry system. It’s a shame, because I had a lot of fun.. but I’ll be deleting.

Another stuck on 77
It’s a puzzle with multiple screens and when the first screen is completed it switches to the second screen but it only shows a third of the puzzle and since you can’t see which color gems are there it doesn’t matter which boosters you have, you can’t beat it without a lot of luck. This was brought up to you in he reviews already and it didn’t generate a response and nothing appears to be done about it since. Please fix.
