GREAT App, AMAZING potential
I love this app. The new rebranding and app redesign, add a much needed sleek design to the app. It really does work great as a Jewish alternative to other music apps, and the podcasts and music are great.
But the app isn’t as good as it could be. The ONE problem I face with this app is the lack of songs or correct songs. What I mean by lack of correct songs is that a lot of the times if your looking for a specific song to listen too, take “sibot hasibot” by Ishay Ribo for example, it will come up with a song that is titled sibot hasibot, but it’s sung by a different person! Being so the tune is different and it’s just not the song your looking for. The more common problem is that, in my opinion, I REALLY REALLY WISH, there was more focus on other Jewish music genres as most are just not on the app. Take “Not Today (Dear yetza hara)” by TAI for example. This is a more pop sort of genre and is not on the app. The same is for most Jewish music in that same genre or style. And I happen to like those genres better then most of the other ones.
Overall, great app. It would be so much better though, if there were more music options.

Zing, and offline listening
Hey I really want the offline feature to come out I travel a lot and would love to listen to music while in the car so please I beg you release the offline listening, and I will give five stars I like your app so much I started paying for it. Release offline listening.

Pretty good app
It’s pretty ok and it’s amazing that you have so much music on here. One thing I don’t like is that you have to pay $7 a month to listen to some albums or singers. Yes, I get that you get special benefits if you buy premium, but not all of us have full wallets and also it’s harder if your a teenager and your parents don’t want to pay so you can listen to a few songs. Also your app is mostly okay but there are a lot of hitches and bugs. You can’t scroll down to see all the options when you search something, and the podcasts have the most recent one labeled track 1. How was I supposed to know that? Also if I’m not connected to a strong Wi-Fi when I open the app then it takes forever to las if it even goes at all and then I can only listen to saved music. Also it needs more younger popular singers and not so chareidi ones also to be the perfect music app. Other than that it’s pretty good for a streaming app.

Terrible customer service
I contacted them via email about an issue with the app and didn’t receive a response till I followed up ten times. They finally responded a few weeks later with a brief response. I followed up a few times and they told me to WhatsApp them. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they responded over a week later with a 2-3 words and ignored my questions afterwards. When I told them that if they won’t respond to my inquiry I’ll terminate my subscription, they finally replied with good luck.
