If you have younger players, you can now set it to just show them the smaller puzzle size options. Similarly if you always play the bigger puzzles, you can just show the bigger size options. If you always play the puzzles at the same size, you can set that size as the default, and it will always play at that size. To see how customize the puzzles sizes you are offered, tap on Menu and Settings and More Settings. lovely but occasionally frustrating
i've been using this app for years, and it's even better on my new 10.2" iPad, but i find a few things frustrating. one, sometimes it doesn't seem to recognise when i've put my finger on a piece to drag it. i'll tap and drag only to find i just moved my finger. when this happens, it will sometimes take a few taps to finally be able to move the piece. the other thing which frustrates me is when i try to create my own puzzles. the picture opens completely zoomed in, and i have to very carefully pinch to zoom out. sometimes while i'm doing this, the picture will rotate slightly, and i can almost never get it back in line. a reset rotation button would be useful. it would also help if the picture loaded at a size appropriate to the screen rather than at 100% zoom.
overall, i love the app. it's very relaxing, and it's nice to be able to work on a puzzle and know my cats won't knock all the pieces around. :)

The best puzzle app, and the best developers
I’ve used this puzzle app for years, and I love it. It has everything I want: great pictures, a choice of sizes, and the ability to make your own puzzles. Puzzle packs are cheap, but if you don’t want to spend money, no problem. The developers release free packs every month. This app shines because of the developers, and their customer service. They are awesome. At the beginning of the pandemic, they offered a free pack every week. And the puzzles are good - pictures you actually like. Recently I asked if they would release a pack I hadn’t bought when I had the chance. To my surprise, they put it into my library for free. (Thank you, Tracie!). I have a lot of other apps which make you watch a long ad to play one game, and offers new games on an expensive subscription model. Those developers could learn something from Sparkle Apps. Get this app. You won’t regret it.

This is it!
The only puzzle app I’ve ever used, addicted from the start! This was the first app I bought at least 10 years until this moment! Why? I have gotten pics from different sewing apps. I like doing puzzles of fabrics, the harder the better, now Jig won’t let me do it! Is there a walk around for them? Help me. I’m 70 yo and this is my only intertainment. Help!!!

At my age, I do make plenty of mistakes, especially when it comes to computers. I spend most of my free time working on puzzles. I panic thinking of my battery going dead or our power going out not because of my food in my fridge or freezer going bad, but I can’t do my puzzles! I get them on Pinterest. because it’s free and being retired with little income, I must be very careful with my money. I can’t apologize enough for my first email to you. I’m very sorry. I. Hope people read. This email to know this is, by far, the best program I ever had. Pleease buy this and all the puzzles it offers. It the greatest on the market

Best jigsaw app
I have had this app for years, and it is still my favorite. I thought I would see what new jigsaw apps are out there and downloaded several. None of them are as good as this one. Easy to navigate, no glitches, and it has options that I like such as being able to have the picture of the puzzle in the background and having the border pieces appear to start the puzzle. There’s a free puzzle each month, and the variety in the packs available is extensive.

I love this app. I’ve tried a couple of other puzzle apps, but I always delete them and come back to this one. My absolute favorite spare time spender, and I don’t know what I would do without this app to help me take my mind off of the troubles of life.

Greatest app ever
This app is wonderful. If you love doing jigsaw puzzles like me, you really need this app. Every month, they offer a free app and often at holidays. You can choose how many pieces to do, have a wonderful variety of puzzle packs to select from and they are so reasonably priced. Hours and hours of jigsaw fun. The best part is that the people running it are very helpful should you have issues and very prompt and friendly in their replies to questions or concerns. Stop reading and get this app!

My favorite app ever!
I love Jigsaw Box puzzles! The layout is easy to use. Many other puzzle apps give you just a tiny space to scroll the pieces but this app gives you more than sufficient viewing room. The variety of piece size choices allow adults and children both to use this app. The images are high quality with crisp, not murky, colors. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and VERY persistent in correcting any problems! Jigsaw Box is my choice to finish my day in a relaxing manner. Thanks!

This app has been my bff
Really! Now before I sound too pathetic- it’s my bff because it has been there right there with me as I was healing from two knee replacements, distracting me on an extremely bumpy cruise when I couldn’t venture far from my barf bag and with me as I waited in the hospital as a dear friend had serious surgery. Its always reliable, always fun puzzles and extremely easy to use. I especially appreciate it that I don’t have to be online to use it. This is a fantastic app!

Great puzzle app!
Been using this app for several years and absolutely love it. From turning my pictures into puzzles to the free monthly puzzle pack I’ve never had to spend money to enjoy the app and there are no ads to get in the way of my enjoyment. My only suggestion for improvement is to make the tray location changeable. I’d love to be able to put it on the top of the screen when I’m looking down at my ipad on my lap.

I Love this App!
This is one of the first apps I got on my first iPad, many years ago. I love that I can make the puzzles as simple or as challenging as I want by changing the number of pieces. My favorite thing on this app is the ability to create puzzles of my own photos. I’ve relived vacations and time with friends through puzzles from my photos. Lots of great features, a treasure trove of available puzzles for low-cost purchase. Thanks!
