Frustrating
When I received this cup, I was finally able to pair it to my phone. It’s been 3 months and still cannot get it to connect to WiFi. There is an update, but can only be done if cup is connected to WiFi. Catch 22

Mug not syncing
I received this mug yesterday. I downloaded the app to pair and have not been able to. S3 mug shows up in my screen to pair but I am unable to tap it to pair. Also, I’m unable to create an account as I don’t receive a captcha via phone or email when I enter it. This has a 7 day return policy so I hope this is fixed soon. Cool mug, but I’m unable to use it right now. I emailed the service dept and have not received a response yet.

Doesn’t work
Got to the pair screen app shows the mug in pair mode but won’t let me click on the mug. Looks like a cool cup but it’s getting returned since It doesn’t work. So no QC on this product? Did someone try this figured out it was a pain to use and still said hey I think it is market ready.

Mug worked for 1 month
I really enjoyed it, until it stopped working after 1 month. The control button on the handle turned RED and stopped functioning.

Won’t pair
I am following the pairing directions with the Bluetooth and it shows up on my phone and recognizes the mug but won’t let me tap to connect it. Unable to use this mug at all.

Same Complaint As Others!
The cup is default set for China use. I cannot change to US prefix to obtain an account. I’m considering returning it. Great potential but the app ruins the experience!

The mug shows up on the app but won’t pair when clicked. Just the swirl for about ten minutes. Nothing.
