One bug I’ve encountered
This game is very intriguing. It can be slow at first, answering calls and yata yata, but when the story aspect of the game starts to kick in, it puts you on the edge of your seat the whole way through.
I found a minor bug that disrupted the immersion for me. When it got to the part where Morse was explaining who Jen is, the whole screen was black. All I could hear was the sound effects of the people typing/talking, but I could see my own choices of what to say. I was just blindly choosing what to say since I couldn’t see the conversation at hand. The black screen also carried out to other calls after I finished Morse’s. Agee that, I knew something was wrong. The only way I was able to figure out what was being said was to restart the game. It put me back in, and I could scroll and see the whole conversation that was black prior to the restart. Other than that, the game can be slow, but overall super fun. I’d play 1 hour a day.

Incredibly amazing
This is one of the best games I’ve played on iPhone for awhile. It takes the mechanics of working as emergency dispatch operator (which already is really fun) and then adds a whole new element on top with a story! This game starts off seeming, well everything it said to be! You play as an operator with a job at this company, and you have a shift. Simple, right? But then it adds in elements of a story line, which is really epic! There are also many times where the actions you make in one call affects the results of another call!
I also wanted to say that I really appreciate being able to restart the call so I can see how different options play out. My only complaint is that when I use the “rewind” feature, that’s legit all it does. It just “rewinds”. It doesn’t let me actually change my last response like the game had claimed.
Besides that, this game is phenomenal and I can’t wait to reach the ending!

Absolutely love the game!!!
As a sucker for text-based adventure game this one has definitely quelled my thirst. It’s tons of fun, problem solving skills are put to the test, and some of the better endings can be achieved if you just put all your faith into an answer that doesn’t seem so likely. The only downside is having to watch ads every three or four calls but the devs need to make money somehow. Either way this game is a blast I would definitely recommend it to anyone playing. Probably the only thing that I’ve had a problem with is after a while replaying the same calls gets a little boring. Also sometimes when I have to go “Visit Accounting”(watch ads) the game believes that I’m out of ads for that day and tells me to wait a few hours but when I come back (days later) the game still thinks I’m out of ads and tells me to wait a couple of hours. I haven’t been able to progress through the story because of it.

Love this game!! But a few problems...
I didn’t really know too much about this game, but decided to preorder it like many others, which lo and behold held one of the greatest mobile games I’ve ever played!! Sadly though, it does come with a cost, a cost of some game-breaking bugs. For example, twice I’ve tried to ask the guy what his landing looks like when he discusses his inferno of a phone, and twice it has frozen the game and left the only option to be restarting. Secondly, several times the options to speak have included being trained in first aid, and even though I have the first aid skill it will just tell me skill required. More recently once the man interacts with the fog and is disconnected, I can’t see his messages once it reconnects, or anything besides my responses after that point. Overall it’s a great game, but it seriously needs a bit of a touch up.

Definitely Worth It!
I love the concept of this game. I thought it was just going to be based on time and strategy, which can be exhausting but rewarding. But it’s almost like a sense of horror, but more like a suspenseful mystery. For calls you have a rewinds to take back a choice and you can restart your call even. I love the idea of this! Yet it doesn’t give the player of an too easy challenge. You need some skills like first aid to help, but you don’t have to be an expert to know the right choices! Sometimes the right choices can be against your better judgement and that’s for you to find out. You could try out from instincts or if your stuck simply google it. While you take calls and save some lives you eventually try to solve a mystery! You even get weird calls to take and ‘errors’. The atmosphere is wonderfully built, might I add. :D

IT RESTARTED FOR NO REASON
I had just given this game a great review and I decided to open the game and continue to play. I was horrified to discover it reset literally all my progress. I decided to just work back to the point where I was but now the first aid bug is back!!!! I’m stuck with all the bugs again and I have to start all over for no reason. I had been waiting for this game since February and I was so excited when I first got it. I had played the game much throughout the release date to now. If I even get back to my original place without going insane because I’ll have to read the same phone calls 10 more times, I’ll just have a broken rating bar, only four skills with only one being useful, and trying to figure out why there are eight skill boxes when I can only get four. There’s a call where is says I need a radio skill, and I can’t find it anywhere!!!
I’m extremely disappointed in the game and the developers. A game shouldn’t be able to reset all its progress without me doing anything and also have the same annoying bugs com back

MIND BLOWING
This game is absolutely and the story can go on FOREVER !!!! Every single decision is a life or death situation and you have to choose CAREFULY and WISEY !!!! The opening and beginning mission got me into it IMMEDIATELY !!!! And when i seen episode one was a dollar I couldnt resist !!!! When i played episode one i sat there for at least an hour or two playing it and i still havent found every secret and option available due to most the buttons not correctly giving me the option i wanna do. BUT even with that you guys patched the game up and now I can possibly go back and choose a different story !!!!!! This game has UNBELIEVABLE POTENTIAL and it breaks the fourth wall !!!! Whats best is that its just a simple RPG click game !!!!! One of my favorites. I got this game when it was a pre-order and still play it through and through !!!! I suggest everyone plays it honestly

This game is amazing and i love the text story styled game. It awesome how you can choose how the call ends and how you can have the saticfaction of saving a life and the feeling of accidetally losing one also i love the fun/adventure mixed with creepy/anticipation of the hacker part, i love learnin the new skills and replaying the first shift. Just dont keep us waiting too long for the next shift, and i had a reccomendation, the next shift or maybe the one after you should add hackers and robbers calling you and making fake emergencies to waste your resuarces so you have to really pay attention to figure out a fake call. I would love that added to the game.. thanks for making an awesome game! Or for my reccomedation maybe if others dont want this you could add a setting where they do or dont for the people that do want it. Thanks

First amazing phone game app in awhile
I absolutely loved this game! It is text based but that actually adds to the feel of the game. It generates a Steven king like environment when you immerse yourself in the game. A curiously creepy, but exciting game that you can’t stop. Unfortunately it has only one level or episode at the moment but i hope they expand on it more since the story is amazing. Also since you can go back to the beginning after every play through you can see all the possible endings in each episode. It’s like a choose your own story book(this may have just revealed my age. Lolz) but it’s even more immersive since it obviously takes advance of more than just paper pages. I loved this game and I’ll keep track of it for updates. Keep up the good work guys, this was awesome!

Excellent storyline
How do I even begin to describe how phenomenal the storytelling is in this game? I guess I should start at how this game manages to mix slight horror elements into all this. The blue smoke mechanic was excellent and flawlessly executed in a visual sense, and a story sense, you did an excellent job with that. The glitches and hidden elements (even if completely pointless and stirred up by the player rather than the actual game), are phenomenal. This game was able to foreshadow elements in a completely breathtaking way, and when you realize it it just makes all the more exciting. Even though it only has one shift so far, not only do I love what’s already there, but CANNOT WAIT for what happens next. I’d love to see a story as subtle, intriguing, unique, and flawlessly executed as this, to be seen in its full stage.
