Save your money
If I could give this Zero stars, I would.
What a Joke. Don’t spend your money on this. I bought this product to use WITH the app.. I used the product for a very short time, and when I tried to use it again to do some “Exercises or games”, I couldn’t. All the app will let you do now is a massage. Will this ever be fixed? By the reviews, is sounds like this has been an issue for awhile. Looks like I will probably have to spend more money and hopefully buy from a company who stands by their product. I really do hope this gets fixed.

Review
This app does NOT work, only allows massages WHEN/IF it stays connected to Bluetooth. That doesn’t even work correctly. What’s even more problematic is this device is still for sale on the website claiming the app works. All while knowing the app isn’t even functional. This is infuriating. I would like a total refund for the device also. I could’ve bought another product with a working app.

When I originally bought this product several years ago the app worked and had games and exercises. Hadn’t used it in a while and came back to find it no longer even has exercises. Just “massage” option. Could we at least get the old exercises back????

Pretty disappointed at how the app has gone downhill. At least there used to be exercises with it but now it’s just massage? I liked the “games” and whatnot for training. I hadn’t used it in a while and was shocked that something by PTs would have let their product slip. Hope the come back to address this. What a disappointment.

They changed the app from having Kegel games to actually log and see your strength and how it got better over time. Now the app is literally massages , that does NOTHING!!! Extremely disappointed in the Joy on team for downgrading their own app. Now this great exercise tool is garbage . PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS!!!!!!

When is this supposed update? I would like to track progress and do exercises… please send feedback!! Need a response as it seems others haven’t gotten a response for this same question and it looks like it’s been several months.

If I could, I would give this zero stars. App is terrible and has almost nothing to it. It doesn’t stay connected, there is only 2 “training” exercises and nothing else. Please update with an application that is actually useable or worth installing.

What was the point of buying this if you were going to take away ALL the features that made it worth buying? Now it does NOTHING but let you ‘massage.’ The games are gone. The strength measuring is gone. I guess we all got scammed. Might as well throw it away.

There are no exercises on the app. ZERO. I’m confused why this company is selling this product without a functional app. That’s kind of the whole point to this product. What an unbelievable disappointment and waste of money.

Very confused that the ap does not provide exercises progress tracking or really any information at all.
