Here is what the new game mode has to offer:
- The clan's base. Create the strongest, most impregnable fortress along with your clan. Protect it from enemies and launch attacks in Siege mode. The clan's base grants benefits to all clan members
- To build structures and upgrade Troops and Air Support at your clan's base, you will need a new special currency, Clan Stripes. You can get them in ordinary battles if you belong to a clan. Note that if you leave your clan, all your stripes will be lost!
- A new hero, the Agent. When your Command Center at your clan's base reaches level 2, you can access a special hero. You can use him in all your battles. You can upgrade your hero at your clan's base; his level is only limited by your Command Center level.
- Troops and Air Support. As your clan's base develops, you can access special Troops and Air Support. Upgrade them at your clan's base and use them in any battles.
- Siege. A special combat mode for clans to fight against one another. In each Siege, you have exactly 4 hours to completely destroy the enemy base. The number of attacks is unlimited.
- Seasons. Once a month, the best clans get rewards. Note that you will not get a reward if you fought no battles in Siege mode the entire season

Good Game, bit unfair though
Game play is fun, graphics and ideas are very well put together.
Main problem is the amount of people de ranking to raid lower tier bases. It seems you can have a level 10 base and raid a level 7 base if your Elo is the same as theirs. It's very hard starting off, but after 2 years of playing the game I can finally say I don't get raided as much and the only people I do get raided by are people that are level 150+ as I am only level 101. If the elo matchmaking system where to be changed by LEVEL + ELO, the game could be so much better. Then we would only be raiding people who are ACTUALLY equal to us. Even though right now they say where raiding equals, I find that completely BS and it can be easily proven by anyone who truly plays the game.

Main problem is the amount of people de ranking to raid lower tier bases. It seems you can have a level 10 base and raid a level 7 base if your Elo is the same as theirs. It's very hard starting off, but after 2 years of playing the game I can finally say I don't get raided as much and the only people I do get raided by are people that are level 150+ as I am only level 101. ADVGO42 LTD Update Failures
I play Jungle Heat on several iOS devices of varying ages. Sadly, the most recent Jungle Heat update, version 2.2.2, would not load on half of them. The original ANORD production splash screen comes up, but immediately closes to the background, where it says the game still needs to be updated at the App Store, while the App Store says the update is complete and only offers to open the game to the same unfortunate result. The game's description reflects a minimum required iOS version of 9 or above, but the game fails to load on devices with iOS versions 10.3.3 and 11.2.5. I was able to open the game with an iOS version of 13.4.1 and above. Updating the iOS 11.2.5 device to a higher level allowed the game to load there again, but the 10.3.3 device is older and is already at its maximum update level, so I will not be able to continue playing Jungle Heat there without a more all-encompassing update from ADVGO42 LTD. Otherwise, I am forced to abandon a perfectly good iPad for a new one in order to avoid losing a base I created years ago and have faithfully been building since. The game has changed ownership, but has not been revised in years. In spite of that, it remains mostly enjoyable, so here is one player who hopes it will receive some long overdue positive attention. Unfortunately, the recent attention has not been positive for me.

As this game is the only game I play in general I would say when I first saw it I liked it better than coc because it standed out.
This game started going down sense last year when JH or mycom decided not to listen to they’re players and started ruining the game with nuke. Recently they changed the rating system because of of lower levels complaining about getting attacked by higher level. But in reality people who go passed 1800 get attacked by people in 1900 and 2000 rating. That why I like to stay under 1799 with my mini.
They have put the rating system back when %40+ of player quit the game and a lot of good high paying players quit. So like a bubble that JH has been blowing on it has finally popped.
Now instead of not listen to long time players like me, they have completely shutdown on us. With no updates, no fb posts, and lame replies in tickets. If you ever to listen too your players in the future maybe this game will be much more successful!

MONUMENTS ‼️
PLEASE change the annoying monument upgrade system. Ive spent 100s of badges trying to upgrade monuments, only to end up with an extremely weak monument. It makes NO sense at all to have the “attention, in case of failure, your monument will stay the same or decrease”. Please allow only increasing of the monuments and disable the decreasing possibility. No other game does the decreasing of monuments, because it doesnt even make sense. I really hope you change this soon. We love this game and are only asking for this one simple and fair change for the better. Thanks.

What used to be great
I used to play this game years and years ago and loved it me and my brothers all had a account and were dominating people I miss those days and wanted to possibly start a base in the game since I haven’t played in something like 3 years (it’s October 2020 now) but I downloaded it on my iPhone 11, the game does not fill up the screen it feels like I’m trying to play a iPod size on my screen of the iPhone 11. Also it says failed due to trying to launch recording session. Not sure what that is about I hit okay started the tutorial and it popped up again when the tutorial was going to start showing chat. I hate it that the game hasn’t been updated in 2 years really miss the glory days of this game. I would say this game was a 5 star back in the day but now it’s probably a 3 or less.

Base lost
I loved this game since it came out, I’ve been playing it for years with the previous owners. But last night I lost my base that I put hours and hours into. I’ve been trying to figure out a way to get it back but had no luck. After this happened I think my time playing this game has come to an end. This game is very fun but it’s very time consuming to get your base very good. I would’ve kept playing until I got everything maxed out. Every time I would open the game it would always try and get me to load another base that I did not want and this one time I accidentally pressed load other base and I lost my current one. This is a great game for anyone but if I ever get my base back I’ll be playing again.

This is what happens when a company lets a game die. If you start Jungle Heat today, you will never be able to create a top-level base. There are. no regular events like there used to be. There has not been an update in ages. Not any more - this is basically a dead game. It does not matter how much time or money you spend: your level 10, 11, or 12 base will never be competitive vs. the players who have all the extra weapons and troops. So you will be a failure in head-to-head clan wars and skirmishes. The game play features they added last and last and long ago, like the Clan Base and Researcher Island, are about as much fun as a bad rash. If you want a game that is going nowhere and in which you can never compete against top players, this is it.

Service dept. doesn’t care
I have played this game for years, and even invested money. I love the game! I broke my phone awhile back and had to download the app on a new phone. When I connected the app to Facebook on my new phone, it started me all over at square one. It would not bring back my progress. I went through the steps givin in the faq through a deal called my ticket. I gave them what info I could remember. Their response was to send me a reply consisting of the same original faq directions! It’s very frustrating that they seem to have such a low standard of helping customers actually find solutions! I think I’ll just move on to clash of clans or something else! Thanks for nothing! You got your money though!

Please update game ASAP
I used to love this game. I played it when there was only 10 command centers it was actually worth grinding it out ! Now I play with hackers and when I look for opponents it’s nothing but lvl 200+ when I’m barely a lvl 121. How does that even work. I have over a 2100 rating but still not a good enough reason. Please look into this! I would much rather fight people in my lvl because it is so hard to keep my ratings up. Also get rid of the Hackers this game would be so much fun if you took all the hackers stuff away !! They literally have building that are not in the game it seems like !! Please Also shout out to Nate from tech support he answers the tickets !!

Casino like play designed to extract $$$$ and does not work on iPhone 13 and ios 15.x
After moving to an iphone 13 the game no longer works. It crashes at launch..So all is lost for us. Contacting support will not help. They will not read your help request. In our experience they just paste in some stock reply and close the request. This company preys financially on young kids with casino like tactics. My advice is to avoid this game as it is a bad one. Your credit card will thank you. The company behind it also seems unethical as things you pay for in the game get taken away so you have to buy them again with real money. Apple should remove it from their store.
