Description

JWA Field Guide is the ultimate companion app for Ludia's Jurassic World Alive and is the essential tool to carry with you on all of your dino hunts!

With JWA Field Guide, you can view the entire list of in-game dinosaurs. The Search box allows you to quickly find any dinosaur by entering any part of its Name, Tier, Rarity Type, Moves, or Spawn Details!

By tapping on any of the stat icons below the search box, you can group and sort the main creature list by:
• Alpha, Move, Spawn Location, Tier, Rarity, Health, Damage, Speed, Armor, or Critical Chance

From either the Creatures tab or Loadouts tab, tapping on a dinosaur will take you to the full details screen. From there, you can:
• Assign a dinosaur to one of your custom Loadouts
• Compare the Stats and Moves of any two creatures
• View the dinosaur's Genetic Makeup (including the minimum Level requirements as well as how much DNA per Fuse is needed)
• View any Possible Hybrids
• View the dinosaur's full Stats (including Tier, Rarity, Health, Damage, Speed, Armor, and Critical Chance)
• View the Spawn Details including Spawn Locations and Times
• View all possible Moves, including any Swap In moves or Counter-Attacks
• View the full, calculated list of Health and Damage stats for ALL Levels of the selected dinosaur (you're no longer limited to only Level 26!)

For all of the dinosaurs listed under Genetic Makeup and Possible Hybrids, you can tap on any of them to go straight to that dinosaur's full details screen. Now, you no longer have to unlock a dinosaur to be able to access this information! This is great for planning out which dinosaurs you should be hunting now to target those dominant Uniques!

JWA Field Guide also contains an extremely useful Evolve Costs calculator which quickly tells you how many coins and DNA resources are required to evolve a dinosaur of a particular rarity type from one level to any other level. The calculator can also tell you what level you can evolve your creature to by specifying how much DNA you have on-hand.

Happy Dino Hunting, fellow DPG Members!

Sushi4025,
Very Reliable
This app is extremely well designed and easy to use and my brother and I use this guide often to build up our teams, catch dinosaurs, and know where to find them. We love this app to bits and it has been a very important part of our travels throughout our first couple weeks of playing this game. But I do have some thoughts over what could be changed (just 2 things).
Adding the description of the dinosaurs (although a lot of copy and pasting or just copying) would be a very nice yet simple way of making the app seem more authentic.
And while making our loadouts I think you should be able to add dinosaurs straight from that menu without having to swap to the Dino menu and scroll for them (with the level selection included). And when your dinosaurs are in your dream team, you should be able to level up/down your dinosaurs with +/- buttons.
These are just suggestions, so don’t feel like you have to use them. But in any case, we love your app.
Kin9 0f P1an7s,
Good Pokédex dinosaur style
Great information for dinosaurs to know of how much needing the dinosaurs’ DNA to level them up and also to see their status of the ones, I’ve not unlocked yet. I hope in the next update for the game Jurassic World Alive itself will have a new player icon which human players can’t use just to have another new way to tell it’s a bot. Besides the computer fighting against you that has higher level non hybrid monsters. So people who played or hasn’t played that dinosaur game won’t be confused it’s an online player that actually a bot they’re fighting. A computer bot having its own icon which players can’t use.
Blazelair,
Good app
I have to say this app is really useful I would recommend downloading this app I can help you on what creatures you want or don’t have but want to know there move sets i’ve been using this app for about five months now and it’s helped me a lot i’ve been able to beat tournaments easier because it shows you the options for boost so instead of using them randomly, and hoping to get a good outcome of it, it shows you the raid move sets for the bosses and I think it’s interesting. Really good app worth download It’s also free and no ads
2cd best game ever,
Almost as good as Jurassic World Alive itself. A few glitches though
This has helped me have fun making so many notes on the Notes app. It is (you don’t have to read all these very’s) very very very very very very very very very very very very very good. Although, in the new Omega Update, there are a couple glitches. Styracosaurus Lux’s “Instant Fierce Rampage” (I don’t have it, but the glitch stops that from appearing and gives a obvious clue) appears as “IDS_TIP_ABILITY_TITLE_INSTANT_FIERCE_RAMPAGE”. This is the first glitch. Another is that Yuxisaurus’s Spiked Protection’s description is:

Priority.
Target opponent with most positive effects: Afflict all restistances $
{resistpercent}% lasting ${afflictduration} turns. DoT 20% 6 attacks 3 turns. Target Self: 50% shield 4 attacks 2 turns. Increase armor 25% 4 attacks 2 turns. Cooldown: 2.

But otherwise, it is very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very good.

Ignorant Reviewers
It’s hilarious to me how many people complain about this app is boring and are expecting it to be a game in and of itself. Just read the description people. This is a COMPANION app for an already existing game called Jurassic World Alive. As far as my experience with the app, it’s been wonderful. Rarely, if ever, buggy and it’s nice to be able to see movesets for the creatures you haven’t unlocked yet in the game. My only complaint is the tier list. It hasn’t been updated in months. Other than that it’s an A+.
KeeperofUnderworld,
A wonderful reference
I love this app, so informative and reliable.
There is only a tiny technically solvable inconvenience I hope you may consider to fix in the next update: why not make those labeling buttons always on top? It is rather annoying to have to swipe upward for a while to get those button again once you reach the bottom of the long list of dinosaurs (and this list can be expected to go longer).
Always grateful for your wonderful work and generosity of sharing.
Agamingsnake,
Great app
Hey I think this is a great app to go with jw alive, and I always thought that jw alive should have a dream team tab in the team creator thingy, but then I found this and it saved my life, because I wouldn’t be able to remember my dream team at all without this, but I think there is one thing you could change, when doing a comparison it changes the boost levels to the same thing, so I have to change it to what I would actually do on my team, but other than this it’s a great app.
Zima2190,
Must Download
If you play Jurassic World Alive there is zero reason not to have this app. No matter what level you are or where your overall progress at the bare minimum you can find at least one aspect of this app useful for you. But honestly, I think it’d be hard to find ONLY one aspect of use no matter where you are in the game! Hands down the best companion app to a mobile game I’ve ever seen. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice.
duokcfrd,
Updating
This helpful app should be getting updated every month or at least ever time the game app has an update. I try to find new dinos and understand how they are best used but I can’t find a lot of the newer dinos. Please update as soon as possible!! Last game update I got was with the new Omegas and the last tool update was 5 months ago! Almost half a year! There’s a lot of change going on and it would help to have this tool app to be faster with updating
king Gigatron,
Impossible to not have
Once I was told about/I found out. I was like WOW. This is really cool and useful. What I like is how you can see creatures that you may not have or may want to use but want to compare them to the creature you want to take of your team. So lots of useful features. I also love being able to see what raid bosses move set will be to make strategy’s for said boss. Overall I would 100% recommend this and I know all my alliances members use it as well.
