Just a Bite Better (JaBB) will help you be a little bit better tomorrow than you were yesterday as it relates to your food goals.
We harnessed the power of various AI technologies to help you accomplish your goals by making it easy to form new habits. We do this by removing the pain of observing what you eat.
HOW IT WORKS
All you need to do is tell us what you eat by sending us a message with either speech or text. Simple messages like, “For breakfast, I had egg, bacon, toast with butter, and coffee.”
Amanda, your AI companion, will respond with messages of encouragement, confirmation, and fun facts. She will also record this info in your diary and build super cool charts so you have actionable data and can track your progress over time.
The simple habit of recording what you eat on a daily basis will gradually improve your food habits and your health over time by helping you to lose or gain weight, feel better, and combat disease.
There is even a COACH version of the app where doctors, dieticians, nutritionists, personal trainers and/or friends can see the charts and graphs of their friends and clients.
