angsharer,
Would be 5 stars if ...
This is a great app! Only one complaint is that if any other noise plays on my phone, the noise machine turns off and doesn't restart automatically. Fix this please
Ryanm3d,
Sound loop not clean - click sound
Appears that the sound loop is not perfect, every 11 seconds there is a pop sound. Please fix. Your competitor simply noise doesn’t have this issue.
Guy Dangre,
Simple, works great.
Stuck in the hospital with loud, stupid roommate and his louder but just as stupid family visiting...did I mention he needed to have the TV on all the time? Add beeps/alarms/nurses coming in at all hours... I got the the demo of this app and made them all vanish. I could get my first uninterrupted sleep in days. Earbuds in, picked the one (of four) preset spectrums that worked best, and bliss. Ok, the narcotics helped, but this app works great.
JPReding,
Awful update.
Looks better but destroyed functionality. Only makes sound through headphones when the app is on the screen.
Steveolio,
Terrible
The Bug fixes broke the app. It's a whole new app that won't stay on when you fall asleep. What's the point?
Not sleeping anymore,
They completely ruined this app
While version 1 of this app was an absolute gem, v.2 is a complete garbage fire that's burned Infinite Wave Media LLC's credibility to the ground. I'll explain.

I had used v.1 every night for the past three years to fall asleep and stay asleep, and it was wonderful! I would turn it on, lock my phone's screen so it doesn't illuminate the bedroom, and fall asleep. It performed exactly as advertised and in a nearly flawless manner. I had encountered only one minor issue: The app would be silenced by the iOS alarm and would remain silenced even after snoozing the alarm. This was a very minor issue for the way I used the app.

Enter this abomination with its advertised "bug fixes." I updated the app assuming that perhaps the issue I had encountered would be fixed. I assumed incorrectly. Version 2 does not fix any bugs whatsoever. In fact, version 2 is a completely different app with a completely different user interface, different functionality, and--catastrophically--as a result of its new set of bugs it cannot even fulfill its intended purpose.

First, and fatally, the app silences itself whenever the screen is locked. This is worse than useless. The only way to actually use the app is to have my phone's screen blazing away all night long? Ridiculous!

Second, the new functionality is bug-ridden. The volume sliders and individual mute/un-mute controls do not function consistently. The app literally produces no sound after muting, adjusting a volume slider, and then un-muting. Apparently the whole point is that you can mix together the different noise generators...except, of course, you can't when the app is so comically fragile.

Finally, Infinite Wave Media LLC smuggled in this train wreck under the mendacious guise of "bug fixes." They took an app that was as reliable as the sunrise and they completely destroyed both the app and their credibility. The only positive aspect of last night's insomnia resulting from this steaming pile of an app is that I had plenty of time to write this review in my head.

Infinite Wave Media LLC, your work is bad and you should feel bad.
