How Does JUVI Work?

• To use JUVI, you must have internet access and YouTube application installed on your device. We are using embed technology with iframe.

• Works on iPhone® and iPad®.

• In accordance with GDPR and COPPA laws, parental consent is required for applications used by children (under 13).

• After the parent signs-up, he/she must create a profile for his child. According to the profile created, the app automatically shows content suitable for kid’s age.

• You can find 1000’s of YouTube videos suitable for kids, divided into categories. Educational, motivational videos, children's songs, short films and animations, and videos in English and additional languages according to your child's age.

• New content is added to the app regularly every week.

Subscription Notification:

• Juvi offers a free trial for the first 7 days on all new subscriptions.

• After 7 days, according to your preference, the fee for your 1-6-12 month subscription package is automatically collected from your credit card defined in the Appstore®.

• Offers up to 4 children with 1 membership.

• The package you will purchase will be renewed automatically at the end of your subscription period unless you cancel it.

• The payment is collected from your credit card defined in your iTunes® account.

• You can cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before the expiration date.

• You can manage subscription and payment changes from your iTunes® account and disable automatic renewal.

• No refunds are made for the period you do not use.

The service offered by JUVI is called child-safe “Content Curation” and there is a subscription fee for this service.

JUVI is not affiliated with ad networks. You can see ads before the video in the application. YouTube automatically deliver these ads, they’re not under JUVI's control. Ad revenue belongs entirely to the content owners and YouTube.

All content shown can be accessed free of charge on YouTube. JUVI is developed in accordance with all contract and terms of use of YouTube TOS. There is no copyright infringement regarding the videos and contents included in the application. The videos used in the application are shown by the content owners as they are open to sharing in 3rd party applications. Content owners have control over the platform in which their content can be published and these contents can be removed from the platform upon their request.
