I used to enjoy doing the crossword puzzles in the Awake magazines years ago. It broke my heart when they were discontinued 😃 . Thank you, thank you so much for this app. I learn so much by doing the research if I don’t already know the answers. Thanks for helping me to stay entertained on a spiritual level. Love you. This puzzle app is good; however need to improve TAP response & make the clues available to read without having to scroll & need to improve clues to make more clear; a few I found confusing. Their subscription fee is VERY FAIR & REASONABLE. Love this app — highly recommend as they continue to update & improve the app to encourage one to play with JOY!

I am thoroughly enjoying these puzzles. It is a very nice review and reminder of the things we have covered. I find that it is a very enjoyable way to spend some of my free time. I plan to use these puzzles with my grandchildren as a way to help them review and remember what I am going over with them. It is very refreshing to have something as clean and upbuilding as these. Every so often there may be a clue that is not exactly theocratic, but neither are they offensive. However, they do help to contribute to our knowledge. Thank you very much for this very fun and challenging game.

Of course any tools that can aid in our study in God’s word is a blessing. I really do like playing this game, especially the Google and WOL access and option of being given hints, however there are several issues that I’ve come across…

1. If you want to delete letters from the grid, it takes multiple times tapping on the letter in the box and then the delete button to actually get the letters removed

2. I wish that all the clues were related to our Christian ministry, study, and organization. There was a clue referring to Japanese manga, one about tequila, and another about car oil . These aren’t related to our worship or study of the Bible.

3. Several of the down and across words don’t create real words at their intersection points

4. The light blue lines that highlight the boxes are waaay to light and they don’t surround every single box in the given word

5. It’s very difficult to decipher if you are typing in answers for the across or down boxes.

*** Back in the 80s and 90s the Watchtower or Awake, I can’t remember, used to publish crossword puzzles in each magazine. Maybe refer to those for some help

I really wanted to like this app, but I cannot with a good conscience recommend this or advise the use of this app if you are a baptized Jehovah’s Witnesses. The crossword itself is poorly designed. You only get questions to the top portion but not the rest, which makes the puzzle impossible to complete. Worse than that a lot of the questions are NOT of a spiritual nature. The spiritual nature of the puzzle, is why most Brothers and Sisters would choose to play this particular crossword in the first place. I had to delete it. If you are not bothered by the fact that worldy questions are mixed in with spiritual questions, that is up to your own spiritual conscience. But if you think your getting a 100% spiritual experience with this app, think again. I just had to warn my spiritual family that this game is not on the up and up!

I’m really enjoying this crossword puzzle. I love the review of meetings. Also it reminds me of things I’ve learned but have forgotten. I cannot wait for more puzzles. I’m running out of them. I really enjoy the puzzles. I wish once letters are filled in that it would just skip to the next blank space as in other puzzles.

I continue to enjoys these puzzles. Instead of hiding the completed puzzles, I wish they would stay hidden or be completely removed. It’s a bit annoying that every time I come back they all appear again.

So far I’ve just worked on a few of the easy puzzles and I find I am looking more closely at some of the little details in the scriptures; details you might pass over in Bible reading. I’m also testing my memory banks regarding scriptures. There is a hint but with supporting scriptures. I really appreciate checking to see if I can remember the scripture without looking it up. I’m planning to subscribe so I can enjoy more up to date info. Thank you friends.

My daughter has been having a hard time wanting to study for meetings or family worship. When I came across this I knew I had to download it. She loves crossword puzzles from the store. When meeting ended today she jumped on this game and started digging into the scriptures to find the answers. I love how Jehovah uses us to reach the hearts of our young ones. Thanks brothers and sisters for making this for us. Please make more and keep up the good hard work!!

I Love that someone came up with this idea to have a biblical crossword based on the NWT. I especially like that there is a section for basically escaping the lessons of the midweek meeting and watchtower. It’s a fun way to keep those lessons in mind.
I do think there needs to be improvements made with regards to the keyboard use, If that makes sense. It seems slow and usually I’d have to press whatever letter, really hard. Basically I can’t type with ease. Other than that I enjoy using this app.
