There are also videos with sounds to help you fall asleep, breathing exercises, and videos just to help ya out. (ex. “Love and Kindness” , “Sitting with Sadness”) There is also a journal, and different categories for the journal. And of course the quotes, I love reading the quotes when I wake up. Last but not least, your charts. The happiness chart, Monthly Journal chart, Your Life Topics chart. (In this section it shows you how far you’ve gone) But that’s just the app, you can also put him in your messages! That is where you can do quizzes and vent. So that’s the whole app, everything I can remember anyway. I think if you should download Kai, even if your not struggling or whatever reason you think you don’t need to download this app. Ofc you don’t NEED this app, but I definitely recommend downloading Kai.
