Can you hear my voice?

A desolate star that has lost its light somewhere in the universe..
An unidentified girl is standing in front of the star tree
When I started playing beautifully with a mysterious instrument, the dead tree shined
The desolate stars turn blue.
Thanks to her, I ask her many questions, but the only thing that comes back is her name
I didn't know anything else.
She was only known as a guardian of stars who wandered the universe and saved the stars.
I didn't know about the rest
She is called by several names. Calpa, Savior, Apocalypse, etc...
The instrument she plays is made of light, so the shape is unknown, but it seems that only she can play.

Great however…

I usually don’t like writing reviews, but this is one of the few games I absolutely love. The songs are amazing, the gameplay is enjoyable yet difficult, and the grind for orbs and dark matter is manageable. However, I wish that you didn’t have to pay money for some songs. There are plenty of songs to play for free, but there are some other really good songs that I need to pay for to play through. I understand the need for money in a free game, but I would be happy to pay for a game like this if all the songs came for free. Plus, the songs are a bit pricey. 500 stars is about 5 bucks and there is about 6 songs in a pack. The issue is that these songs, if I were to buy them, would give me 3 minutes of enjoyment for my 5 dollars. If there were more available songs for free to play people that don’t require the grind in Mero, it would help a lot. Or, do events that allow players to win stars so that they can grind through challenges and save up their earnings. Just a suggestion, but I do really love this game.

Great songs and visuals

As a fairly experienced rhythm game player, I’d say this is, by far, one of the most thought out rhythm games I’ve experienced. The story doesn’t restrict you from playing certain songs, it only restricts you on the type of difficulty (ie. normal, hard...) and the characters required for certain songs.
The game feels like there was a whole lot of effort put into every aspect of the game, and it shows. It feels incredibly smooth to play and causes little to no eye strain like many rhythm games I enjoy playing.
I only have a few tips for improvement on certain aspects. While it is nice to have new songs unlocked when a new character is acquired, it seems like individual characters don’t have a variety of different songs.
For beginner players, this would likely be a difficult game to play. There is no tutorial and there are only a few starter songs that would likely be easier for players new to the rhythm game genre.

my favorite rhythm game

updating this review after over 2 years- ever since I first got into rhythm games, kalpa is the only one that i’ve consistently gone back to. It is a little annoying that you have to pay for more songs on the app, but the songs that are free are good enough for me. i’ve been playing the same songs (plus a few that have been added in updates over the years) on the game for the last few years, not tired of them yet.
I haven’t even touched any of the story mode stuff, and the game works fine without it.
My only problem with it right now is that since there was a new update, i can’t access the store anymore until i pass some of the levels in the campaign.

either way, 10/10 would play again. easy to navigate, and quick to play. couldn’t live without it.

Slide??

I’ve noticed that if you were to slide one of your fingers from one lane to a different one, the second your finger entered the new lane it would recognize it as a tap. For example, if you had a pattern where the notes are lane 1, then 2 then 3 then 4 then 5, if you timed it correctly you could slide your finger across the screen from left to right rather than tapping each note individually.

Almost perfect

Really nice game! I like the slide mechanic and how simple the gameplay is. Its your normal lane-based rhythm game, which is easy to get into!

Thank you for letting us do so much within the game. I like how you can customize your play however you’d like, such as turning on mirror mode and choosing between thumb or multi-finger play

My only problem is that this game relies on internet connection too much. When offline, players can only play the base pack. Please make it like Arcaea where you can keep what you purchased/earned. I would like to play the songs I earned offline as well, instead of only having the base pack to play

Good but

The songs are nice and I enjoy reading the story when I get it but it is too little content. I ran the number and it get pricey. This is the base price with no discount. If you just want to buy the songs with no extra it a total of $18 for 4 packs which is 20 songs so about 90cents per song. This isn’t worth it. I get more songs for $2 from Deemo. The 4 Packages cost $30 no discount and $27 for it. The prices should be clear and not required at least 5 minute of math Let people buy the whole thing along with some extras for about $10-$15

KALPA

So this game is fun but there’s just a few disadvantages that I want to mention. You can’t get into the next chapters without beating two songs and the app usually crashes after you do the one song also making people spend money is a good way to back up the app but it would have been better if there was a way to unlock songs via the blue energy points. Otherwise it’s fun to play but could use improvement.

i really like dis game because I like most music games but dis one is so fun I would recommend it it has great songs and it has different types if like ur a thumb player or a finger player it has that mode and if you want a random chart it has like a random chart feature so it’s so fun

Please help

Hi i was really excited for the new update because my zodiac was finally being added. (Taurus) now im just irritated. I have played this game for about a month now. I love the game in its self but why did it delete my account?! I already had 2 packs! I spent so much time and even waited the 4+ hours for the update to download just for it get rid of my account! I tried to just log back in but its making me download it again! Until this gets fixed im not playing this again. Beware people.

Really good, never played with 5 fingers tho.

Ok I LOVE this game! The music is really good. When I finally unlocked Multi-Finger mode I was really excited. But I still remembered that this is a 4-note thing game. It’s 5, so I failed a lot of times and missed. Good game, there are a few mistakes in typing the lines I think. Hard for me probably will never get used to playing with a 5 note game.
