Karen is a life coach and she’s happy to help you work through a few things in your life.
When you begin, she asks you some questions about your outlook on the world to get an understanding of you. In fact, her questions are drawn from psychological profiling questionnaires. She – and the software – are profiling you and she gives you advice based on your answers.
Karen mixes gaming with storytelling to give you a personalised experience. Play to the end and you can buy a report on your own data, showing how the science of profiling has been applied to you.

Should've been longer
The game and it's plot was nice but it should have been longer. The game didn't have much videos before the ending .

What a unique and memorable experience this app is. I am not aware of anything quite like it. I have experienced Karen multiple times and was happy to see this rereleased.
Anyone thinking about watching needs to understand that this is not an app about life coaching. It is an interactive drama about a 40ish therapist living somewhere in the UK. We see glimpses of Karen’s life over a period of time and must fill in the gaps ourselves.
It’s experimental theatre in my pocket and I find that amazing.

Enjoying the expereince
You could file this under "I need to get a life" but I am enjoying the experience of this app so far. I agree that the individual sessions/episodes should be longer. However, I am answering all of the questions with complete honesty and curious to see where it goes. Since it is a limited experience, I would be interested in a follow up.

I thought that I would learn mostly through self-analysis from the questions she asks, but I did expect some feedback at the end. But a lot of the questions are about sex, which isn't really helpful, and after two run-throughs, at the end, she just leaves. No answers, no final analysis at all.
So I think this is a joke app - the programmers are gathering rather personal data and either using for their own purposes or just having a laugh at whoever tries the app.
Bottom line: it's bogus. There is no life coaching at all. Don't bother, it will just waste your time and frustrate you.

Love the app but it no longer works
I LOVED this app and found it fascinating. Every now and then I replay it using different answers and scenarios. Lately the app will not open or if it does it’s a black screen. The link to app support is a dead link which is a shame.

I’ve only been using this for a short time but I think it might be helpful. I also appreciate whoever took the time to make an app like this.

Interesting idea for an interactive app. I personally got confused by random question and too many interruptions. Most sessions were under a 30 sec and seemed pointless.

Buggy and boring
For someone who enjoys both theater and video games , I can say that video games pull this off slightly better in this case. The shock value and message are a bit heavy handed, and ultimately the app kept freezing in the same point of my conversation. Buggy and boring.

Aggravating
She would be really rude even if I am honest or not doing anything wrong and it's just annoying. I thought this app was supposed to Change with my answers? Also the sessions are way to short for the wait. It's not even worth it. Wouldn't recommend at all.
